If you're in New Haven, and short on cash, this is the your best bet in the Elm City. Yes, the restaurant is dark, and the plants in the window have seen better days...but...who really cares....the spinach roll appetizer is cheap (and yummy), the falafel sandwich with tahini, crisp and hot, and the kefta kabob wonderful. the baklawa, for dessert,... more
