Creative Burgers

Prime 16 was recommended for the burgers, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant touts all-natural beef raised by farmers "committed to sustainable and humane practices". My salad was delicious. All fresh greens. No white stalks. Patty melt was dry and bland. Sweet potato fries wonderful. Lamb burgers good. Big portion for the burgers. Service was slow to refill beverages.

Popular place that is super expensive. I have only tried the burgers and they were not the best. Temple grill has better burgers. I am thinking maybe the stakes are drawing people into the restaurant. For what I have ordered, it is an overpriced overhyped always busy restaurant with mediocre food.

My daughter loves burgers, so we went here after grad school graduation. Nice atmosphere, good burgers. Everyone raved about their food, I felt it was a pretty good burger, not the best I've ever had, but certainly tasty. Dessert was delicious. I had the bread pudding, which was plentiful and almost the best one I've ever had. It was a... More

I ate an early dinner with my 16 y/o daughter and we both enjoyed their burgers. I wouldn't say it was the best burger I've ever eaten, but quality beef cooked just the way I had asked. There is a lot of competition in the food realm and Prime 16 is another able competitor. The better part was what happened... More

We usually eat at the Orange location, but noticed a few menu differences and wanted to hit the Yale art gallery, so we went. We don't like the group close quarters seating so asked for bar area. The bar area IS better, but have to say we got a wobbly table. Got cheddar ale soup, was ok, but could use... More

After having suffered through jury duty, I decided to have lunch at Prime 16. I ate here before, and I loved a special Italian burger that they made. I happened upon a lunch special which included a basic burger with a choice of basic toppings, and a choice of several sides. I chose the combination sweet potato fries and regular... More

Been here a few times. It's ok nothing special. This time however,we ordered a burger and a salad we waited and waited and waited well you get the picture. Finally our waitress Tara (she's jacked!) Comes over and explains that they had a party of 22 whose ticket went in right before ours. Going on 35 minutes at this point.... More

My husband and I ate here on recommendation of a cousin that lives in the area. We got there right when they opened. The staff was very friendly. The onion rings were amazing with the different dipping sauces. I got the lamb burger, it was amazing. One of the best burgers I've had. French fries were pretty good too. Overall,... More

The burgers here are certainly good, but not over the top as proclaimed. Very good sweet potato fries. Friendly service.
