I remember when you couldn't get a table in Azu for love nor money. It was busy as busy can be...great food, great fun, and great value. That was last year. That was not today. 6:00pm on a Friday. Lots of empty tables. Lots and lots. OK fun and OK food. OK value. Mystic is very competitive with lots of... More

We had brunch at Azu. The food was good, and the service was amazing. Betsey, our server, is a gem. very personable, as well as professional.

The family was spending a few hours shopping around Mystic and we were hungry for lunch. There were several choices nearby and Azu caught our eye. The menu was varied, including flatbread pizzas and some seafood, etc - but prices were above average it seemed. Service was mediocre (we felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer). The food... More

Went with a friend and my daughter - I had the cold lobster roll and a coke, my daughter had the lobster Mac and cheese. Both delicious. There were some ladies next to us who has some delicious-looking summer drinks but sadly I did not partake. Next time maybe.

Had a fun time one of the bartenders was a bit too serious but the other staff balanced it out. We popped in for dinner the next night but the wait was far too long. Fun spot, great setup too!

Packed with quite a bit of energy... One of the "top three places to be" in the evenings during the weekend in Mystic.

We are former Mystic residents and visited there recently. We had eaten at Azu many times in the past and decided to stop for dinner. Everything was still great. The food and service were very good, and the drinks were reasonable and generous. Try Azu if you do not want to eat at one of Mystic's typical tourist restaurants. You... More

I have never eaten in a restrauant where the food was so bad. I had the clam linguine and the clams were rubbery as if they had been microwaved .. Our server was not very helpful either

The menu at this restaurant offers so much choice at all price points. The mussels were really exceptional as was the flat bread salad with bacon, arugula, and gorgonzola. Delicious. Service was excellent.

Happy Hour featured reduced house drinks and bottled beers.. $2 a bottle. We sat at the bar and it got crowded fast. A nice place to come after work or to stop with friends. We had dinner at the bar. I had a burger with fries... very good and plated nicely. My friend had their "pie" which was delicious as... More
