If you do not have any plans for the morning, make this your destination for breakfast. Extremely busy on weekends, but tables move quickly. It is my yearly destination while visiting Southeastern CT. Try requesting an outside table, tables are for 4 only. Little pricey for breakfast but worth every penny. Located on Mason's Island, a little difficult to get... More

Mystic Connecticut is a bit of a tourist town. We saw Mason's island on a tourist map and noticed there was nothing on it. Curious, we drove out to the island and near the very end is a marina with a restaurant, Kitchen Little. Originally a breakfast joint in Mystic (where the twisty-treat ice cream shop now is) they moved... More

Ate here for breakfast while attending the Wooden Boat show at Mystic seaport. It's a fantastic breakfast place. Old favorites are prepared with local flair plus Kitchen Little has innovative breakfast dishes. Nice views from the restaurant and plenty of easy parking. It's a bit out of the way, but you won't be sorry you made the detour.

They only serve dinner on Friday and Saturday nights and that's too bad as this place is amazing. Great value and great food right on the waterfront. It's on Mason's Island and you have to drive a bit to get there but worth the trip.

We went here last weekend with our 2 grandchildren and had a very nice meal, however, we were subjected to the "potty mouth" of the man that was calling the names to seat people. My granddaughters informed me that he "dropped the f bomb" and then I continued to hear other unpleasant words for a family restaurant. Usually I would... More

Had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast at Kitchen Little on a trip last fall and loved it - not fancy, just amazingly good breakfast food and drink. And the view - just gorgeous. Worth the drive from Mystic proper!

Good food, friendly staff, nice to take a walk along the marina on a beautiful Sunday morning. A little hard to find without a GPS. Would like to stop by with our sailboat or even dock there for a day or two on our sailing trip next week.

If you're passing through Mystic or staying for a few days to take in the ambience of the old New England ship building village, finding Kitchen Little on Mason's Island for a breakfast overlooking the lower Mystic River is well worth the effort. Enjoy!

My Girlfriend and I wanted I nice laid back breakfast after a night of drinking & dancing at Foxwoods. Kitchen Little wasn't the closest choice but on a Sunny Sunday with nothing to rush home to why not stop in Mystic CT. This place was the perfect choice! Nothing fancy, but just a good hearty breakfast served with a smile.... More

Specifically visited to try the lobster roll, as thats the kick I'm on right now. Saw that one of the specials was called "baked stuffed lobster roll", and since I was intrigued I went for it. They give you a cup of the famous chowder (clear) which is still among the best around. It was litterally like getting a baked... More
