Out of the way in a marina not far from the main Mystic downtown and above a marine store lies this gem of a breakfast place. Outstanding pancakes and all of the delicious usual fare expertly prepared.

We stopped in Mystic on our way back from the Waterfire in Rhode Island . We were looking for a place on the water. We stopped an asked a local and were happy we did! We waited about 20 minutes- The host was very pleasant.. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our meals were good- I settled for scrambled eggs... More

Food was great, service was good. All the breakfast regulars, plus some interesting twists on old favorites Watch the ships gather and go by when the bridge opens. Sit on the deck, if you can, and get there early-ish. We were there at about 9:00 am on a Sunday in July, and had no wait, but there were several people... More

We stopped by Mystic on our way from NYC to Bristol, RI. The little place pulled us in as it was voted Connecticut’s #1 spot for breakfast. Both my husband and I had a play on their crab and asparagus dish – he the omelet and I the Benedict. Both dishes were very good and finished quickly. It wasn’t a... More

We were supposed to be somewhere else but somewhere else wasn't open until 8:00am and KL was 7:30am. We arrived and sat on the deck chatting. Even though KL wasn't open they still gave us coffee. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. And the deck was a great place to discuss business...and put the world to rights...

For a breakfast stop it's worth the visit. Menu has something for everyone. Food is very good, but prices are on the high side. Longer lines usually means it's good! You decide!

Unlike the other reviewers, we were actually seated right away. We did have to wait a while for our food, but it was very fresh and worth the wait. We sat outside, so we were able to enjoy the view. Can easily see how it can get crowded on a weekend.

If you want a table, especially on the weekend, go early or you will be standing on line! On busier days, we have waited for our food but sitting near the water (if you get the deck seating in the warm months - fantatic) it is nice to relax and visit. The omelets are great and the portions are big.... More

Great view overlooking the marina, outdoor seating available. Our breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding. Service could have been better.
