Really cool Asian bistro with great range of dishes. My favorite was the Amazing wonton pad thia, the tamarind duck was also good. Great place to eat with friends

When in Connecticut, this is one of our favorite restaurants. You can bring your own wine, and we do. We particularly enjoy pairing our wines, say Rendezvous with the Tameron Duck, or our Sunset Red with the Lemon Grass Pork, and our Sunset White with Pineapple Rice. While there is a complete menu of Thai delights, we have found the... More

We happened on this little restaurant as we were picking up a relative next door at the Mystic train depot. Our group of 9 ordered a little of everything and everyone was happy with the choices, the quality and quantity of the food. The presentation was attractive and the service was good.

I highly recommend a lunch or dinner experience at 4 Roosevelt! The cuisine is refreshing, bright, and presented beautifully. It compliments Mystic with its small, quaint cafe style decor. It has a warm inviting feeling as you walk in. I've been in quite a few times in the last couple months and tried almost everything on the menu. It's hard... More

Always loved this place, as former Rice Spice Noodles, but is even better now! They have added to the already spectacular menu while keeping most of the same dishes as before. A little Vietnamese addition was the Pho, and it's out of this world. For $8 it easily serves as an entree and is one of my new favorites. Some... More

4 Roosevelt is under revised ownership from its prior incantation as Rice, Spice and Noodle. Our previous two visits were to R,S and N for lunch, this being our first for dinner and as 4 Roosevelt. What a pleasant surprise. The simple and well-tailored room was essentially full and with clearly well-turned out people at that. The basic menu included... More

We were so sad when Rice, Spice, Noodle was closed. It was fantastic and seemed to do a great business. It was puzzling. The new incarnation is much the same. I wanted to order everything on the menu. We had lunch there today and the four of us were all very pleased. I had grilled shrimp and scallops over pasta.... More

Rice has been overhauled and restored to its previous high level of cookery and service. See recent reviews of Rice, Spice and Noodles. The food is excellent as well as the service. They need to spend some money on new chairs but otherwise it is grat. And also it has BYOB which increases the value of the meal. Well worth... More
