Good meal

We stopped here for dinner on the evening of July 1st. Hard working staff. Everyone made sure that you were satisfied. Food was very good. I had panko-crusted chicken with mashed potatoes. Delish. Hubby had chicken Parm and was happy. Warm rolls, good drinks and nice desserts. Key lime pie... read more

Hit or miss service here. The waitress out front was rude to us, telling us we couldn't sit down on the oustude patio while we waited 20 minutes for a table inside because she had a private party coming and she needed to sweep. I understand her predicament, but she was not nice about it at all. She seemed disgusted... More

My boyfriend and I went here one night on our trip to Mystic. Our waitress was great; very cheerful, friendly and helpful. I ordered the clam chowder and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the soup of the day which was broccoli cheddar, he wasn't a big fan of it. For our dinner I got a burger which was good,... More

Stopped on our way to RI for my 40th HS Reunion. Steak Loft has been our go to stop for yrs. Decided to change it up this yr... glad we did! I had the grilled romaine salad with chicken.... YUM. Tried the Clam Fritters... not a fan, have onions in them... Himself had little necks on the 1/2 and fried... More

ended up eating here mothers day after making our way through town. i read the reviews and i must admit we were disappointed. the place is apparently a seafood themed diner without the diner prices. very limited menu, average pricing for the area, really nothing special. so we got some apps and hit the road. our mistake was not paying... Another place that had great iced tea! We started with the scallop dip which was amazing!! Then it was two lobster rolls and fries. The lobster roll itself was full of meat and fries covered the rest of the plate. I was hoping for a little more butter on the lobster, but it was still great. Carolyn our server was... More

We had lunch before visiting Mystic Seaport. The food was average. The service was good. Few customers. If we had it to do over, we would go to the Snack Bar on the water, which was packed with customers.

This restaurant was right next to our hotel so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The clams casino were excellent as were the fried oysters which were very tender and perfectly prepared. Service was friendly and efficient. Note - when we walked in the front door the dining room to our left sounded really noisy,... More

The Boathouse is a stand alone building with parking surrounding it, located on the crest of Coogan Blvd. in Mystic. It was on the list of restaurants we were considering based on TripAdvisor reviews, and the desk clerk at our motel said it was a good choice. My husband ordered a cup of clam chowder for $5.00 and a lobster... More
