Just finished eating here and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the chicken shawarma wrapped pita and it was fantastic, as was the hummus(really good hummus), grape leaves and Baba ghanoush that we shared as an appetizer.

Food isn't that great and place is small with no great view of anything Mystic. Service was just ok. But we gave them a try.

I was lucky enough to eat lunch here twice in August while on a trip from California. The tea, coffee, and food were terrific, flavorful, interesting, and I wish there was a similar restaurant in San Diego. The prices were reasonable, service grey fast and friendly, and it will be first place I go in anywhere nearby.

Read reviews on this place before going to Mystic, and even downloaded their menu, so it was a priority on my list. Just keep in mind they are closed from 3 to 5 pm, between lunch and dinner, we arrived a bit early for dinner but we were attended to outside, the wait was not long. Very nice decor inside,... More

We visited Mystic Seaport and decided since this place was so highly rated on Trip Advisor, we wanted to check it out. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. As another person mentioned, along with the menu, a small cup of "chips" was brought to the table. There was no dip to enjoy them with, and they were dry, although... More

There is no way they should be the #1 restaurant in Mystic. The food is okay at best. Anyone who thinks this is excellent hasn't had Mediterranean food at a really good restaurant, nor been to Turkey or Greece. Most everything was too dry from appetizers to dessert. There were no nuts, or any noticeable honey, in the Baklava, for... More

My husband and I (and our rat terrier, Jack) stopped for the night in Mystic on our way to Cape Cod the beginning of September. and felt so lucky to find this place. It was Labor Day night, so not busy. We ate outside with our pup, with very attentive and friendly service from Liz. We shared the Fiery Falafel... More

The food was delicious!!! The waitress was great with getting our food quick since we had a 15 month old. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Mediterranean food!!! Get there early because it seemed to get busy around 6:30pm on a Saturday.

Vegetarian food can be hard to come by in a town famed for seafood, so this was a gem of a find. More than half of the mezze menu is vegetarian as is a good portion of the mains. Make sure to leave room for dessert - so so good.
