On our way home from Cape Cod my husband and I googled best restaurants in Mystic and found this charming little gem. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. And the food is superb - certainly as good as anything I've had in the Middle East - all at a very reasonable price. Now... More

Wonderful cozy spot and perfect for both families and couples on a date night - great for vegetarians with a ton of menu options for both the meat eaters and herbivores in your party. Try the garlic sauce - you won't be disappointed! Grape leaves were wonderful, but the falafel was a little dry. Tomato cucumber salad worth ordering too.... More

What a deceptive surprise==in a strip mall on the highway, with a name that seems to suggest cheap or mass produced food. Figuring that they would have falafel that is edible, we stopped into The Pita Spot. But we expected it would not be 'great'. Were we wrong. The food was indeed great and more. It was prepared, we learned... More

Service is excellent. Décor is cozy. We loved the Turkish Coffee experience. Bathroom was very neat and clean(the state of bathrooms lets me know what the state of the kitchen is). My hubby & I had salad($7). I added chicken shawarma($6 extra) and hubby added chicken kabob($6 extra). While it was very tasty, hubby received only 3 chunks of chicken.... More

With a name like "The Pita Spot" we were expecting a diner like atmosphere, but the inside is very warm, cozy and classy. The prices are very reasonable and the waitstaff was incredibly helpful and patient, even with my often difficult parents. At the end of the day it was the food that made this our favorite spot in mystic.... More

It is good food and in the summer you can sit outside. Busy road close by. Having a funeral home right across a small steet with a wake going on dimmed the mood.
