What a great experience! My husband and I were looking for a lunch spot in Mystic and wanted to give The Pita Spot a try after reading all the great reviews here on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. She suggested the mezza appetizer platter for me (since 4 of the 5 items were... More

We came here for lunch yesterday. I thought from the name it might be a takeout place. It is a sit down restaurant and the food and service was amazing. I did see people get takeout, but its table service. I am vegetarian and there was an overwhelming amount of options. We had lentil soup, fattoush salad, and the sausage... More

My husband and I recently moved to Mystic and have not been impressed overall by the dinning options, especially when it comes to ethnic food. We finally tried Pita Spot and agree it is our new favorite Mystic restaurant! Nice little dinning area outside and fun ambiance inside make it good for any time of the year. The La La... More

The server was very nice and the food was good. I am not an adventurous diner but I did enjoy the food. My husband and daughter also liked their meals.

Just finished eating here and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the chicken shawarma wrapped pita and it was fantastic, as was the hummus(really good hummus), grape leaves and Baba ghanoush that we shared as an appetizer.

Food isn't that great and place is small with no great view of anything Mystic. Service was just ok. But we gave them a try.

I was lucky enough to eat lunch here twice in August while on a trip from California. The tea, coffee, and food were terrific, flavorful, interesting, and I wish there was a similar restaurant in San Diego. The prices were reasonable, service grey fast and friendly, and it will be first place I go in anywhere nearby.

Read reviews on this place before going to Mystic, and even downloaded their menu, so it was a priority on my list. Just keep in mind they are closed from 3 to 5 pm, between lunch and dinner, we arrived a bit early for dinner but we were attended to outside, the wait was not long. Very nice decor inside,... More

We visited Mystic Seaport and decided since this place was so highly rated on Trip Advisor, we wanted to check it out. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. As another person mentioned, along with the menu, a small cup of "chips" was brought to the table. There was no dip to enjoy them with, and they were dry, although... More
