Octoberfest was approaching, so they had quite a few german inspired food selections for the month. All were mouthwatering from their description. Love the atmosphere, beer choices, food selections. I ordered the beef short ribs dinner which was outstanding.

Only thing lacking for the area as another reviewer put it was parking. If you're not from the area it is kind of difficult to get to. If their lot is full an adjacent business isn't to friendly to you parking there. Regardless, found a good spot to park two nights in a row. Was in town on business and... More

As I mention in my title -- the only thing lacking in this location is PARKING. Maybe 2 dozen spacxes. We often have to park at the libraby a few buildings up or the train station ... a couple of blocks. Other than that, I give it a 5 for what it is... a great brew pub, local gathering. We... More

Way backfrom family trip. 3rd visit. Doesn't disappoint. Great atmosphere and view. Pizza is thin crust and delicious. Black and blue burger is awesome. They could stand having more local beers on tap. Only had one of there own.

I was looking for a relaxed pub style restaurant to eat at while I was in Milford. SBC totally fit the bill. They had many beers on tap, 3 of their own, in addition to many others. The menu was pretty extensive with lots of pub options (wings, burgers, pizza) but also some other larger entrees. The food and beer... More

Food was good, service was okay, cleanliness was poor. The women's bathroom was unclean and the floor around and under our table was covered in food, our table was also sticky. I would not return

SBC has surprisingly good food for a "brewhouse". The steak tips appetizer are excellent-- melt in your mouth. Been here on several occasions, and never had a bad meal. The Milford Red beer is delicious. My only complaint is that it's not really a brewery because they don't brew on site. Therefore you can't buy growlers in Milford. It's not... More

Microbrewery beer and others served in an old stone building set on a mill race two blocks from Metro North train station. Deck seating, the sound of rushing water nearby. Situated in a cute village with a lot of restaurant choices, if they're excellent pub fare doesn't suit the mood. A very relaxing afternoon stop.

I thought the beer was good, was very disappointed that this location doesn't serve growlers....don't call yourself a brewing company and not sell growlers. The food was decent the dessert rocked! I will go back and take a few friends!
