While the place is not huge, it is well worth going to. They have by far the best margaritas in the area. I recommend the upgrade from the house margarita to the 1800, you will not be disappointed! They come out in Ball jar glasses and are quite potent, there is a reason they limit you to only two. I... More

Revisited Blue Coyote this week after a long hiatus. Food was excellent and portions quite generous. I had the Burrito Grande a combination of chunked beef, chicken and button mushrooms with rice and refried beans. Very tasty with the beef being a bit dry but still quite good. My wife has the chicken tostada which was absolutely huge!!! She totally... More

The good: cool little place. The bad: dining room full so couldn't seat our party of 6. Told us we could sit at tables in bar and wait. We did and ordered drinks. Margarita's were very sour. They brought us chips and salsa to munch on. I asked bartender for some appetizers off menu. He said we can't order food... More

Great little tex mex "hole in the wall" cement bldg restaurant. Cute bar area with all the decor... Not fancy but good food. Limited menu offerings but we always seem to find good food and friendly service... low prices too...About 3.5 on a scale of 5

Visited for lunch had some great margaritas, and got a couple of burritos, the meat seasoning I guess is a bit more southwestern which was not exactly to our taste. So I guess you have to try to see if this is your mexican or if you feel it's a bit off your expectations. The place is small but the... More

When my husband and I set out for our anniversary dinner, we had not originally intended on eating at Coyote Blue (see my review of It's Only Natural for details). When our other plans fell through, I immediately thought of Coyote Blue. I called the restaurant at 5:45 (knowing that it's a place that gets busy fairly early) and requested... More

My husband and I went here to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. We were surprised to see a full parking lot and cardboard cutouts to take pictures next to in the front of the restaurant, considering we drove by two other Mexican restaurants just before, and they were practically empty. We went in and the bar was busy, which we liked.... More

Went with 4 friends to celebrate my birthday. Was not terribly busy, short wait for table. Good drinks, tasty chips and fresh salsa. Food was ordered and delivered quickly and was very yummy - steak fajitas!! Attentive and friendly staff. Only concern was fitting 5 into a booth was a little tight but otherwise great night.
