Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

The best restaurant at Foxwoods. The steak dinners are great - fish is fresh and delicious. If you are looking for a good meal, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, this is the place

Everything written in other reviews it's true: the steaks are good but prices are high. Just to give you an idea: a petite filet mignon is around 50 USD, A portion of spinach 11 USD, dessert 14 USD, glass of red wine 14-16 USD. That being said, if you want a good steak in the middle of nowhere in Connecticut... More

We recently had delicious burgers at David Burke. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of Noon and 4PM, you can order an all beef burger for just $5.00! Additional charge of $1.00 for cheese ... well worth it! I would have to say that was one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was so fresh and... More

Recently had a business dinner with a large group at David Burke Prime. The staff had our table set up and ready when we arrived. They quickly allowed us to sample several wines from which we selected our two favorites for the rest of the meal. Appetizers were amazing from the shellfish tower and maple glazed double cut pepper bacon.... More

We recently dined here in the middle of October and I must say the food was incredible. If your looking for a great steak for twenty bucks, do not dine here. The prices are what you would expect for an upscale 5 star dining experience. The steaks and seafood are incredible tender tasty and lean, and the seafood is fresh... More

A great place to celebrate a Birthday! The Salt Brick Prime 55 day dry aged Porterhouse steak was very flavorful and melts in your mouth. Caesar salad prepared table side with ample serving of anchovies was delicious. Fresh Oysters to start. Excellent service.

We decided to combine a short business trip with a get away at Foxwoods for our Anniversary. Our dinner at David Burke was definitely the highlight. We started with terrific Martinis at the bar and then we're seated at our table. The service was spectacular and we had a first for us-our servers were husband and wife. The food was... More

Stopped in again for a lunch, and ordered the heirloom tomato, burratta and proscioutto salad. Wow- what a salad, I certainly hope it is on the menu again next season, thick ripe slices of geirloom tomato, gooey slices of burratta, crisp asparagus, thin slices of prisciutto, balsamic, cracked pepper, nom nom nom. A glass of Malbec and I was set.... More
