Overrated, but good food

We visited this restaurant twice during our visit at Foxwoods. The first time as part of a business group and the second time as a couple. The first time, a Saturday night was really not nice. Although the food was good, the service was terrible. Not what would be expected from such an upper... read more

We stopped in for the burger special...It was PHENOMENAL... but the fact that it was the only item on the menu that we could justify the price of left us a bit disappointed. I also ordered a French onion soup that was very tastey. I guess if your winning big you can justify $50 steak, as a mother of three... More

We have eaten at David Burke PRIME many, many times. Last week we decided to enjoy the $5.00 dry-aged hamburger special for lunch (it's usually a great burger at a great price; although adding the fries adds $12.00!) Anyway, the LCD changeable menu sign in front of the restaurant clearly indicated the special was available. When we went to order... More

We stopped by the Foxwoods area mainly to dine at David Burkes Prime. We started with the tableside Caesar salad where each ingredient is explained and you can tailor it to your liking if you wish. Hubby had a filet mignon which was seasoned well and cooked as ordered and I had the cocktail trio with 1/2 chilled lobster, 2... More

Start with his world famous thick bacon slices for an app. We had the Tower of Seafood which was absolutely wonderful. End with one of the many deserts to choose from. Have a great time.

We've dined at this restaurant a few times a year for the past ten years or so, and watched management weed out all but the well-heeled. The cheapest glass of white wine is $15; red is $17. You'll be hard-pressed to find a bottle among their dozen-paged wine list for under $70. At one time, they had a special selection... More

There are a lot of expensive steak restaurants in the two casinos but none are on par with the aged beef at David Burk Prime.

The service is slow and .not consistent. They even forgot to bring us our food which, when it did arrive, was cold and not cooked properly. Way overpriced for the quality and experience you get. Wouldn't go again if it were free.

This restaurant is very pricey, but the food and service is fantastic. It is a place for a very special night out.
