Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods...
Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

Way too expensive. Hate when sides are so expensive!! Fine dining prices but food was not that exceptional. Had filet mignon was only OK. Great service though

If you ever go to Foxwoods Casino don't pass up an opportunity to dine at David Burke Prime Rib Restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the service is stellar and the food is out of this world. It is located on the 2nd floor, big and bold and beautiful. As soon as you are seated you are served a fabulous, large... More

Meat lovers with a large budget will be in their glory. This large, beautiful space just inside the main casino entrance is exceptional. Sit down and enjoy a huge warm popover accompanied by(not enough) sweet butter on a salt plate. Order you $20 specialty cocktail or something from the extensive, and expensive wine menu. Appetizers include $4 oysters and $3... More

I love David Burke Prime. I have been there more than 10 times and am never disappointed. It is hands down the best restaurant at Foxwoods.

This is one of the best restaurants in Connecticut. Lobster Monday's are amazing. They also have a great $5 burger lunch special which never disappoints. I've been here countless times and I'm always satisfied!

Disappointed all around. Ordered a good bottle of wine which we enjoyed but everything went downhill from there. My husband ordered a $60 55 day aged bone in rib eye and it was pathetic. It was small thin cut that had a lot of fat which left only a tiny piece to eat. It also wreaked of oil. The waiter... More

We visited for dinner and were very happy with our choice! The food was amazing starting with steamed Alaskan crab legs to the filet and dry-aged ribeye and the sides of whipped potatoes and mac and cheese. The cotton candy dessert was also a fun touch. The sommelier recommended a fantastic new wine to us and the servers were really... More

We had dinner here as 4 couples. We were well taken care of by two waitstaff members as well as a sommelier. The wine menu was amazing. We ordered appetizers main dishes, and many sides. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend the bone in filet for a meal (it was very much enjoyed by other members in our party). I... More
