All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. A great selection for a couple or friends. The provides great Pop-overs delivered at the beginning of the meal. It has a great selection of steaks. We tried the Peppercorn sirlon which was prepared just as we liked it medium rare. Our friends enjoyed the surf and turf, a filet mignon plus a 1 1/2 pound lobster. At the end... More

What has happened here? Steak Frites deplorable... Should not have gone out. On a good note, the waitstaff was fabulous and attentive, the manager, professional and apologetic. Graciously took entree of the bill. High expectations for this restaurant, have dined here in the past.. Meal was outstanding...

Go there weekdays before 3pm for the $5.00 burger special. it is quality meat. But beware, it does not include fries, cheese or anything else. Adding those things could up the cost to over $12.00. I recommend sitting at the bar, where a friendly server will get you a craft beer ($7.00) and a burger. You can get out for... More

We ordered burger and was average. They have $5 burgers from 12-4 pm. Their side fries was $12 and was just regular size. It is pretty expensive menu over all.

We ate lunch and dinner here and were very pleased at both meals. . Both meals were taken at the bar and service was very attentive, as would be expected. Caesar salad was amazingly flavorful... 55 day aged prime ribeye was fantastic and cooked perfectly. I'll definitely eat here again and seek out other locations as travel dictates.

The service is great!, The menu is awesome. Candied bacon hanging from a string, fresh clams on the half shell are just a couple of appetizers. We also enjoyed the rib eye for two, the sides are just as good. The popovers are light and warm, the whole meal was delicious and the service was attentive without being too overbearing.... More

Wonderful meal, as good or better than most other high end steak houses. Everything from the popover to the salad to the entree was absolutely wonderful. Where David Burkes needs improvement starts with the hostess and continues with the wait staff. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, the hostess rather than seating us at a quiet table, seated... More

I've been to this restaurant many times over many years and it has always been a great experience. The food has been universally good. I recommend the dry aged ribeye since that is not something you can get anywhere. They sometimes have a special T Bone that is not on the menu but is great. Yes, it's pricey. Hopefully you... More

We dined here New Year's eve Prix Fix dinner. We ordered a couple of glasses of Sancere to start. We then decided to enjoy some a la carte oysters with the wine. The oysters, which the rookie waiter had to ask which varieties were being served that night - he only knew what the menu said (east and west coast).... More
