Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods...
Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

Great Lobster Dinner

We were enjoying a cheap break, courtesy of Foxwoods, and decided to try the special lobster dinner which Burke's offers on Monday evenings. For an all-in price of $38 the menu comprises a choice of lobster starter, a choice of lobster entree and a dessert. Our waiter explained that the grilled... read more

Two of us went to David Burke Prime on a Saturday at 6:00pm. The Person at the Reservation desk barely look up from the computer to greet us. We were then sat right outside the kitchen even though other tables were available. I had the 18oz rib eye,it was cook to the doneness I ask for,but it was a little... More

We had dinner here recently and were very pleased with everything. The service was terrific and we appreciated the care they took in accommodating allergies. The lamb chops were the best. Little touches, like butter served on a salt block and cotton candy with our check made the experience memorable. This is our new favorite spot at Foxwoods.

Went to David Burke Prime to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. When we were seated we were asked if we were celebrating anything and we told her why we were there. We placed our orders and selected the Grand Prix dinner which was $49 per person. We started with a crock of onion soup. Probably the best onion soup... More

We were walking around Foxwoods looking for a place to eat a light lunch. We thought of the usual stops, Fudruckers, and the Veranda. While we were nearby, we saw David Burke Prime advertising $5 burgers that day. We three went in and were promptly seated. The waiter asked if we would like to order a drink. We asked for... More

We didn't have a reservation for this restaurant, but were able to be seated in a swift manner. The steaks were great and the portions again were very generous. We loved the attention given to us by the wait staff as well as the managers that kept coming over to check on our status.

My friend and I had dinner here while at Foxwoods. I had an awesome meal. The steak was great and the sides were delicious. It was along the lines of a Morton's or Capitol Grille, top notch. Even better than the food however was the service. They use two servers per table which made the service just awesome. It was... More

I took my Dad here for Fathers Day. He lived his Manhattan pre dinner drink, good thing as it was $18.00! We both ordered the prime rib, very good choice, comes with a baked potato, but they will substitute another type if the waiter remembers to input the order correctly. Rib was cooked perfectly as ordered and was huge. Side... More

I should have written this review several months ago, instead I chose to personally write to David Burke Prime about my experience. Since David Burke Prime didn't feel it was important enough to respond to my letter I want others to know of my experience. I was having lunch with my husband and his business partner. I ordered a $14.00... More

We have been meaning to try the other restaurants at Foxwoods but it always seems like it doesn't work out or we can't bring ourselves to do it since the food at David Burke's is so wonderful. James had the an aged ribeye and it was fantastic. The servers were helpful and polite and they acknowledged our request for one... More
