Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods...
Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

Not worth the money

My husband and I wanted to go to David Burke's because it was to be fantastic. We were pretty disappointed. The prime rib was average, although the French onion soup was great! The worst was the waitress who was very snobby, I think she was upset that we ordered the preset menu. The wine list... read more

Obviously, customers know they are going to pay higher prices than normal, to enjoy great cuts of beef at David Burke Prime at Foxwoods. NOT THE CASE at all. So the apps were very good, as I had the wedge, and my wife had the onion soup. Both very good. BUT downhill from there as we both had the prime... More

My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and tried a few dishes to share. Everything was delicious! The table-side freshly tossed Ceasar salad was fantastic! I got a French onion soup which was very good and he got the 10oz filet - rare- which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The french fries were tasty but they were served with... More

What a mean server! She made us feel like second class citizens for ordering the advertised $5 burger, even though we also ordered 4 $15 drinks and a $12 side of fries! If you don't want people to come in for the burger deal, don't advertise it. We were here for a 2 night getaway and this server ruined our... More

My daughter and I dined here for the first time on Sat,2/7. We were seated in front of a raised platform where 3 long tables of extremely loud (as in I could not hear my daughter seated next to me) diners who were singing to the rather odd choice of music for a fine dining restaurant. My daughter had prime... More

My girlfriend had the t-bone special and I had the filet mignon - they were cooked to perfection and as good a steak as we have ever had. We choose mac and cheese and creamed spinach as our sides and those were the perfect compliment to our steaks. The bread served before your meal is so light and is a... More

I absolutely love David Burke Prime at Foxwoods. First of all, its décor is interesting - ask one of the bartenders to explain the lights which hang over the bar - funny story. Love the animal print (cow) booths in addition to the huge beautiful bar. On Monday evenings, they have a terrific lobster - three course special for under... More

I was really excited to come here for dinner on my birthday. Unfortunately I left disappointed. First off, it is ridiculously overpriced. No steak is under 48$. We got a steak for two which cost us $115 which absolute was not worth the price. Sides are ala carte and $12 each. No glass of wine is under $14. We left... More

Went with my fiancé for our last dinner date for a couple months so this experience was important to us and the servers made our time there a memorable one. The food was delicious, seafood was fresh(got the seafood tower), and the donut balls that u fill with three sauces was a treat. The woman and fellow waitresses were so... More

A great selection for a couple or friends. The provides great Pop-overs delivered at the beginning of the meal. It has a great selection of steaks. We tried the Peppercorn sirlon which was prepared just as we liked it medium rare. Our friends enjoyed the surf and turf, a filet mignon plus a 1 1/2 pound lobster. At the end... More
