Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods...
Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

I went to dinner here with three of my colleagues. We started with some oysters for appetizers. I ordered a wedge salad which was really good! We all ordered steaks. I had one of the salt brick beef steaks. Actually we'll all did. We all agreed the steaks were delicious! It is a bit expensive, but very good!

My husband and I always loved the burgers here, as you can see from my Sept2014 reviews. We came back in Janary2015 and the service was terrible, To the point people were walking out. THe burgers were not cooked correctly and when asked for Mayo it took 20 mins. It was a holidays weekend, so we figured they were short... More

If you are ever at Foxwoods casino make sure you stop by The David Burke Steakhouse for the mid-week burger special. You will not be disappointed, it is one of the best burgers I ever had. And for five bucks throw in the fries and you have great meal. I can't wait to go back for diner and try one... More

Had a wonderful dinner at prime. Superb service, it was like a team of waiters and waitresses. They made sure we had everything. It was lobster night and we had fresh Maine lobster the lazy way and added a filet to split. Best of both worlds. Also creme brûlée to end it off. Will not find a better 3 course... More

One of my top 5 favorite restaurant's of all time: David Burke prime @ foxwoods. Every single staff member that passed us made our meal so memorable. The food was simply out of this world & the drinks that were made by the gods themselves helped wash it all down.

My husband and I went to David Burke Prime for dinner. We started with the clams casino and the lobster and short rib dumplings - They were just OK .. Nothing special - For dinner I ordered the filet and lobster. The lobster was dry and overcooked and the filet nothing special. My husband ordered the 12oz, 60 day dry... More

My husband and I went to DBP for our anniversary dinner. The food was cooked to perfection, Gary, our waiter was very informative and attentive. During our meal, the manager came to check on us to make sure we were satisfied. We did not order dessert, but the manager sent us anniversary chocolate with strawberries and whipped cream! Very sweet.... More
