Fresh Seafood and they are always very busy. In the summer they have a carousel and ice cream stand outside for children. Prices are fair and service is quick.

Hit here on a Monday at 1:30. Crazy packed. Sat immediately. Great attentive staff. Casual dining. Lobster bisque, Lobster Roll and Zucchini Sticks were great. Hubby got the lunch special.. Fried oysters and shrimp, boiled potatoes and coleslaw. Enjoyed it all. Homemade bread was a nice touch!!! All was really good but nothing was really remarkable... Good seafood dinner!

if you want good fried seafood, or even baked, boiled crab/ lobster in season, or a real lobster roll - don't dress up - be prepared to order at the counter, find a seat (if you can) and wait for your number to be called... you are usually 5-7 minutes away from having an outstanding meal! Don't forget to buy... More

We stop here to eat on our way up or coming back from Mass or one of the other northeastern states. I love their fresh seafood! You can get it fried or broiled and it's always very fresh. I like their coleslaw, too, which I can't say of everywhere we go. Definitely worth a stop. There is an outlet shopping... More

Fish offerings prepared to your liking: deep fried, baked, broiled. All tasty and fresh. Informal atmosphere.

I do not like the batter they use here on their fried foods. I find there's a strange aftertaste. I prefer their competitor'svactoss the street (clan castle). I ordered the NE clam chowder - which they say was voted best on shoreline. It was horrible! Inedible! I'm originally from the Boston area and if this is what they think is... More

We sat outside on a beautiful sunny crisp fall day just after noon. Two adults split a fisherman's platter, and our 7 year old had the kids fish and chips. Our 12 year old boy, who is not a fish eater, had a huge chicken sandwich which looked great. We also got a side of Onion rings- or more appropriately,... More

Five of us stopped by for lunch when camping at Hammonassett. It was just ok, I expected better since the place in Westbrook is usually good. Pricey, but I guess they get the tourist. Fries sucked, soggy and not hot. I would of brought them back but the front end is so chaotic, they need a better system. I camp... More

I don't know why people rave about this place. I just had lunch here today and the food was very bland. The lobster bisque was not hot enough and had very little flavor. The fish sandwich had a big portion of fried cod which had absolutely no flavor. I had to put salt on it, which is something I rarely... More

I took the whole family here on 4th of July weekend! We all loved it! Since we are from Indiana (but I was raised in Madison), it was a nice treat. We tried a lot of different things. I got the kid's T-Shirts and they love wearing them to school because nobody has heard of it. A gotta-try place on... More
