We came here on a recommendation from our hotel. We were taken straight to a table (we had a reservation) and when I asked for a booth they were happy to move us. Our waitress, Diane, was lovely. A basket of fresh bread including some Indian style bread arrived promptly with a horseradish and pepper butter. The fondue appetizer was... More

Visited Hartford during a business trip and stopped by with a friend during a stroll. So glad we did. The restaurant has a hip but friendly vibe. Our service was terrific! I enjoyed a wonderful hanger steak --tender tasteful and wonderfully prepared. I started my meal a spicy black bean and chorizo soup. Yummy. Our server recommended a perfectly matched... More

As I have mentioned in some of my other reviews, my husband and I tend to stay in WeHa when we are not traveling around. However, every once in while we venture out to our neighboring communities to see what they have to offer. One night we decided to see what reservations were available on Open Table and that led... We ate here before a show on a Sunday night. It was busy but after an hour we still had no food and the waitress was snappy and not very pleasant. The food we did end up getting (just the app and salad) after an hour and 20 minutes after placing our order was good but we ended up canceling... More

Always a great place, good service and good food. I've been here on different occasions and I've never had a bad experience.

Went here based on good reputation, for a pre- concert dinner on Sept 14. Was extremely busy and we didn't have a reservation, so decided to take a table outside. The waitress who originally seated us disappeared, and we had to grab another waitress to order; decided to order only appetizers thinking it would be quicker. Long story short, we... More

Never a complaint at this Hartford mainstay. Great place to dine pre-event at the XL center. May I recommend the Seafood Pad Thai?

We love this place for its food whether a full dinner, business lunch or quick bites before or after an event downtown. Close enough to Hartford Stage, Bushnell or XL Center to park one time and walk. And all the staff we've met are friendly and helpful.

I went to this restaurant with a small group on a Friday night. We had good timing and were seated immediately. The menu included a diverse selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, stone pies (thin-crust pizza), and entrees. We choose a variety of appetizers and entrees. We were pleased with the taste of the food. We were served quickly after ordering.... More

We had a great meal here. I like the ambience, although it can get a bit loud. There are a lot of fun appetizers all of which I recommend. We had a chilean sea bass special which was great although they needed to actually cook the swiss chard - a bit chewy. Out server was pleasant although somewhat non-committal when... More
