Christmas Office outing- Success

We went here before we saw "A Christmas Carol" (also excellent) and we had an amazing time. Our waiter, John, awesome as usual, made our evening. There were no complaints about anything, and we ordered a lot, including almost every appetizer on the menu. We didn't have room for dessert, but if we... read more

First let me say the location is nice, Good service and the staff very pleasant. The bread was nice, we had the fondue with potatoes for app.. basically a deconstruction of a potato skin. Was just ok. My wife had a salad that also came out deconstructed.. strange since she had to mix the ingredients herself. She said the dressing... More

Husband and I ate here while visiting Hartford for the weekend. Within walking distance from our hotel (Downtown Marriott). We enjoyed lunch outside on the patio - nice wine list, yummy, piping hot appetizer (Curry Noodles) and delicious entrees. Portions were generous and presented perfectly! We saw a few other things on the menu we would have loved to try... More

My family ( w/3 kids) went there for lunch. Menu was good but, it was as good as I expected with the power lunch price. The waiter was good but slow. It took them more than 1 hour to bring us main dish. The waiter did not notice bringing bread at the beginning, not filling up water until we asked. Chicken... More

This is a great place to get a seasonal meal in the downtown area. The menu changes with the seasons and the ingrediants are fresh. If you have a Max Restaurant Group card, make sure you use it here since it is part of it! The only downside is the lack of parking. You might need to park in a... More

My favorite place around downtown Hartford. The seasonal food and drink are always creative and delicious. Don't miss the pork shank when they have it. Service is usually very good.

was with my new boss so did not really experience the night life, but had a good vibe and was tough to get a reservation which was a good sign. Close to theater/ XL center.. Waiter very friendly and attentive. The salmon was perfectly cooked, little crispy, flavorful with delicious original succotash side. My boss enjoyed the signature brick chicken,... More

Great bar, tasty coctails; Food was delicious. If there's an event in town, make reservations ahead of time.

Fantastic food and they had Fiddleheads as a side. Yum. Wonderful wait staff. The Host was a bit stiff but otherwise the staff was extremely pleasant and fun to have around

Were there for a pre-theater dinner on a busy Friday night. Our reservation was honored despite all the people waiting for tables The eclectic fusion menu included Asian, Italian and trendy items such as the grilled Octopus. Food was great, service a little spotty. We told our waitress we were seeing a show but had to seek out our check... More
