Paul's Pasta was wonderful the location is on the water and the view is exquisite. The interior is homey and the atmosphere reminds me of mom and pop shops of years gone by. I loved the liguini primavera and cannelloni. The crusty garlic bread is excellent by itself or as a sponge for the sauce.

This is one of our favorite spots and we recommend Paul's to others often. Delicious homemade pastas and sauces. Very reasonably priced and generous portions. Often a wait for a table but so worth it!

You really cannot beat this place! Home made pasta, daily specials. Best white clam sauce I have had anywhere! Reasonably priced with a million dollar view! Very busy on weekends but certainly worth the wait! Deck overlooking the water is open during the warmer weather and the views are really incredible. Try the peanut butter pie for dessert. It is... I can't say enough about this little gem in Groton, Ct. I grew up nearby and I have to say that their reputation has been consistent for many years. Each dish is prepared with home made pasta and wonderfully fresh ingredients. You also have your choice of small or large portions so it is conducive to sharing family style. My... More

Last minute supper but it all came together as we at out on the deck watching the sun set. We had a fun server and enjoyed it as there was a warmer out there and it was just enough to keep the wind from chilling you. Food is good and prices decent. Neat place to watch them roll out their... More

We have been coming to Paul Pasta for many years. We have never been disappointed. Their homemade pasta is the best we have had anywhere. They usually have a seafood specials that are fresh and creative. The restaurant is small and there is always a line but it is well worth the wait. This is not a fancy place but... More

Recently went for dinner on a Wednesday night. Paul's was crowded (as usual) no reservations are accepted so we had to wait for about 20 minutes. That can be a negative as there is only a small area to wait inside or one waits outside. However, once you are seated the treat begins. Paul makes excellent homemade Pasta. I just... More

The pasta was amazing of course but the view was also amazing. We dined at dusk and had the joy of watching the ferry boats from the deck. Great environment and delicious food.

We had to spend and extra night in Groton because of weather delays. We did a web search for places to eat in Groton. We landed on Paul's Pasta and what a find. The service was great but the Pasta was even better. A small place but worth the wait if you have to. We will go back in the... More

Don't be fooled by the unassuming interior of Paul's Pasta. If you are looking to enjoy an authentic pasta dish- this is the place to go! There is always a line for a table so ask the waitress for a glass of wine to pass the time. its certainly worth the wait.
