park in a marina and short walk to the window to order get a number and wait for your order, and then pick up at a different window. Tables are are outside over looking the boats at the marina and long island sound food is good and the atmosphere is calming.

Relaxing and enjoyable view of the harbor/ocean.Each year my wife and I visit Abbott's but this season, we planned to visit Costello's, Abbott's sister restaurant. Perhaps it was an off day for the kitchen staff at Costello's, but I have thoughts about going back next year (seasonal). My wife wife ordered the Abbott's Hot Lobster Roll ($17.95) that was dry... We love visiting Abbott's each year for lobster rolls on the water and decided to give Costello's a try this year as well...call it "dessert" if you will! We were stuffed so opted to try the Clam Cakes and they were outstanding...crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and full of clams. Just the way they should be! Also... More

Great little place to have some lunch while watching the boats go by! Everyone in my party got some sort of seafood or chowder which they said was very good. However, I got a chicken sandwich and it left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been here many times and would definitely return.

Since we're from Texas, we don't have clam shacks on every corner, so we drove my Mystic to Noank to have clams at Costello's. We went on a week day, and it was not crowded. We parked in the boatyard's lot, and you simply order your food at a take-out window. I got the Clam Strip Dinner for $13, and... More

Had a very good lobster roll here with friends. I loved that they offered free tap water for those who might not want something else. My only concern was that, like most lobster rolls, the butter made the roll soggy. It didn't make our visit any less wonderful, just something I experienced. My friend thought they put the butter on... More

Have been to Costello's several times this summer; all with the same result. A fun place right on the end of a pier in the Noank Shipyard with great food. Four of us went there, each had a different entree; everyone liked what they ordered. I had clam strips, they were great. Accompanying the clam strips were the best French... More

Very good seafood but very expensive for what you get. Captain Scott's in New London is just as good and far more reasonable. If you go on a hot day it will not be a pleasant dining experience. Mostly for tourist.

The fritters tasted as if they were fried in old grease. Also, they gave me the wrong chowder. Good location. Friendly staff. Just bad food.
