Manhattan-chic restaurant tucked in mid-country Greenwich serves an elegant, modern American menu behind a glass-walled kitchen. Chef Reza Khorshidi’s cuisine is marked by French technique and simplicity. His wife, co-owner Rebecca Kirhoffer, matches his food with an eclectic, sophisticated and award-winning wine list. Server Alberto was brilliant - sit with him and you are guaranteed a wonderful experience. Tuna tartar was good, but the sashimi was great. The elk was tender and moist. If I didn't know what I was eating I would have guessed filet mignon, especially with the peppercorn sauce (which has zero butter... read more

This place has lost its touch. Lazy manager and long waits between courses. Waiters are slow and clueless, empty glass....it's gonna take awhile!

Rebecca's keeps on delivering the best food in Greenwich with experienced waiters. Excellent wine list with a wide range of variety and prices. This remains the best restaurant in Greenwich. I highly recommend the specials and fois gras dumplings.

We had excellent appetizers and a good dessert - entrees were merely ok. Room is very sterile and service uneven. The big issue here is the pricing. The wine list is typically high (actually decent by the glass choices at least) but the food prices are just way way too high versus even high end Manhattan restaurants. I wouldn't go... More

We have to been Rebeccas approximately 6 times over the last 15 years. After not going there for some years, we went there last Saturday night. Make no mistake, the food is good. We both had a black bass; the portion was normal, and it had a very good taste. But at $45, it was approximately $15-17 more than the... More

Our dear friend just got engaged. Three couples spent a memorable evening dining at Rebecca's. There simply is no other option as elegant in the area. The service was impeccable, the menu was creative and the food was delicious. We spent a very memorable evening at this beautiful place.

I really miss the old Rebecca's, where the excellent food was matched by the excellent service. Sadly, that's just a memory. The food is still good, but not great anymore, as though the chef is satisfied with "pretty good" food. There's nothing exactly wrong with the food, but it's forgettable. The staff is another story. Where there used to be... More

Food is still pretty good but service has gone straight downhill. Giant wait times between courses and then good luck getting your check. Staff has that zombie look in their eyes that says the manager is letting things slip. Been there twice in July and it is not worth the price....or the waiting. Does anyone like looking at an empty... More

The food was superb, Mr. R.K., the owner, is the reason we won’t return! My wife & I went for a special dinner to what we thought, from our first visit several months ago & the hype, was a special place. The food did not disappoint. The sauces on the sweetbreads appetizer & the rabbit entrée were especially great. My... More

Dinner with the better half. Decor is simple but ok. Good parking. Appetizers were good - simple The lobster risotto was good. However the Truffle fettuccine was way overplayed; portion too big, the truffles lacked taste and truffle oil. Desert was very good - the old-fashioned Apple pie.
