The Elm St Oyster House is small, but the range of food available is impressive and the food we ordered was very tasty and well cooked. The venue is welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The only real downside here is the price - nothing is average prices - everything is somewhat more than you'd pay in... More

I hate to do this but all the times we have been there and it is expensive my fish taco was sooo dry and fishy almost like it was reheated..the waiter forgot my wine this has happened before.. Last week a friend had a complaint.. This time I made sure the manager was told since the waiter made outlandish excuses... More

Nice location. Nice dėcor. How to score a restaurant where some entrėes are good and others not? 'Good' would mislead. My wife's cod was excellent and hot. My swordfish was the worst I've ever had, ever. The real problem is that the kitchen let this go to a customer. Who's in charge? The Brussels sprouts were unchewable with the tough... More

This is a good choice for dinner with friends. Casual ambiance, friendly staff, good food. It has been in Greenwich for many years, and we have enjoyed each time that we have eaten there.

This is a very nice place to have lunch. We went with our 9 month old daughter and really enjoyed it. There were several other families at lunchtime as well and the restaurant was accommodating. Menu was not huge but still plenty to offer. The location is great and service very good.

I love this place but don't live in CT anymore so it has been awhile. The ambiance is still great: cozy small "country inn" type feel, nice bar scene. The food this night was quite mixed. Starting with a wedge salad with a wedge that was way too old to be served, with a less than stellar blue cheese dressing... More

Had lunch here with friends. Wine selection is great. Food pretty good, too. Tried to get seats at the winebar, but it was filled. We had one of just a few booths in the restaurant. Seafood is their specialty.

Could not hear the person next to me speak. Cioppino was good along with the fish, but the atmosphere does not allow you to enjoy it. They need acoustic tiles or something for sure.

This is consistently great food and great service. The bar and dining room are very nicely done but give you a casual feel in which you can easily relax and enjoy your meal.

Maybe I have been unfortunate every time I have come here. Food and service were both horrible. Over priced. Can't think of anything positive to say. So many better locations for Oysters including Lescale
