Good French food, great wine and incredible ambience at this property where time appears to have stood still. Eclectic touches to old world décor. Helpful and friendly staff.

Thomas Henkelmann is our favorite restaurant, and not just in Greenwich. Chef Thomas is outstanding, and the service is impeccable! One of the best wine lists we've had the pleasure to look through. If you can't find what you want to drink, it probably is not worth it ... :) The ambiance of the Relaise and Chateau is gorgeous. Make... More

Have been many times and each time I anticipate my return! The food is spectacular and so too is the service. Have been during the summer and winter and the ambience of the house suits any season. Looking forward to my return.

My parents had their 30th wedding anniversary here. They said the staff was attentive and knowledgable. They loved their meals - everything from the appetizer to their desserts. They definitely think it is a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion!

My wife and I hadn't dined here in quite a few years when we were thoroughly delighted several times with their cuisine. We dined there this past summer for an early dinner. Their prices are off the wall. Their portions are small. The place is "stuffy". There is too much help fawning over the tables in the restaurant. I felt... More

Thomas Henkelmann is an extraordinary chef. He know his craft the way the best chefs of the world do. This is because he is one of the great chefs. He is one of a small number of Relais Gourmands chefs in the United States. The restaurant Thomas Henkelmann is a must go to place for anyone who wants to taste... More

For old rich people who want to have a fantasy that they are better than the common people, this is the place. Very class oriented. I see in the reviews that some people have noticed the rude service and some people think the service is great. They are both right. The wait staff is very respectful of the regular big... More
