Great Steakhouse

The [place has a good Italian steakhouse feel. The wait staff is very attentive. Food is a bit pricey but worth it. The General Manage, Francesco runs the place flawlessly.

Decadent american food! Brilliant! Huge portions but they made us order starter, main and dessert! :) One only issue: soooo fat, soooo heavy! They don't offer the option in most of the meals to get your sauce on the side. this should be done! Despite this, I'll definitely go back there, and be careful with what i order :) Oh,... More

I have always enjoyed coming to Gabriel's- not this time - I had veal special- awful - tastes like breaded cardboard. Will take a long time to go back- even waiter seemed disinterested in us as patrons. I didn't bring to their attention as it was a birthday celebration. The lobster linguine was saturated with sauce - yuk! What is... More

Attentive staff. Awesome food. Excellent ambiance. Everything was really top notch and well executed. The wine selection was vast and varied from $60 to several thousand. Had two bottles one for $105 and one at $65 and both were excellent. The filet mignon was done to perfection. Sides were dished out to us by the attentive staff. Water was always... More

Sometimes, once in a while, it works out to just go rogue and not look at reviews before you go. We were in the area, googled restaurants near us, and Gabriel's popped up. Made an early reservation, no problem. So, off we went. Arrived to a soaring, two story entranceway. Beautiful. Upon entering the dining room. Was seated near the... More

You need to understand what this place is if you're a true foodie. It's a very large "see & be seen" place for Greenwich Nouveau Riche. The food is good for such a large venue, but far from an extraordinary experience you might find in a "chef centered" establishment. I think the management emphasizes brand or experience over the food... More

Excellent service, Tony greets you and makes you feel like family. He has a million riddles for you to solve. The bar is beautiful and located right by the warm, inviting fireplace.

Food is very consistent and service always reliable. Cost is pricey, though expected in Greenwich. Good selection of wines. Parking can be tight and challenging. Good for business dinners.

Very nice atmosphere, good sized tables and very lively. The steaks and chops are as good as they get. It's an Italian steakhouse so the pasta is equally good. The service is efficient and professional. The wine list is solid but it's expensive. Great for a special family occasion or just a nice dinner with your special someone.

The best chateaubriand we have ever had. Tender, seasoned to perfection and carved at the table. It came with roasted potatoes and sautéed wild mushrooms. It was a special and so glad we chose it. The beet salad, homemade meatballs and king crab legs were terrific appetizers. Plenty of other options. Large portions. For dessert, we shared the napoleon which... More
