super buzz, packed with happy diners at 11:30 PM

We stopped in after dinner elsewhere at a private club. It was my first visit, based on an ad in Greenwich mag, and I was impressed. Full of happy diners at 11:30 PM, great bar, very friendly waitress, and a maître d who was obviously keeping the place on a tight rein. Several banquettes and a... read more

We had a great table, excellent service. Raw bar and steak were terrific, tuna wasn't so great. Would definitely go back!

Everything you want for a business dinner. This is a really great restaurant with awesome steaks, great wine list and perfect service. I am not sure what you call the guy who walks around to make sure everything is ok but he was awesome. Very entertaining and made the wait for your food all the better. I would not hesitate... More

The paneled bar and roaring fireplace makes Gabriel's the best bar in Greenwich for a drink on a chilly evening. If you stay for dinner, you wont be disappointed (but your wallet won't thank you!). The dining room is bustling on a Saturday night and we love it during the winter holiday season.

Ate here with 4 friends. All of our food was outstanding. A bit pricey but it is Greenwich. I definitely would go bacckgroung.

The service was better than the food which was over cooked. I did enjoy the ambiance .a peaceful setting with old world service. Not what I was used to at the old place, but you can never go home. Pricy ...even for Greenwich

The bar scene was very active. The food was good. If your looking for a steak house with very good food and a funny Matradee that asks trivia questions all night.

My husband and I had dinner at Gabriel's last Saturday evening to celebrate our anniversary. We drove in to the valet parking area, and went in the rear entrance which is welcoming with a fireplace glowing and someone there to take your coat and direct you to the host/hostess. We were seated immediately at perfect banquet seating on the side... More

Gabriel's used to be a favorite years ago as a little Italian restaurant. That place has no connection with this place. The steak is excellent. So is the seafood. Ambiance is nice and you never know who you will so. Was that Mark Texiera over there? Prices are sky high. Service does not live up to the food.

This steakhouse is a great place to spend an evening. The bar is attractive and lively with professional and engaging bartenders. There is a fire going in the bar area all winter which is very pleasant. The menu is varied enough for even fussy eaters, with a focus on beef and Italian fare. The seafood is also quite good.
