I'd go back, and I'd recommend it to friends. What can I add? Service was friendly and prompt. Everyone was hustling. The food was very good. The restroom (even though unisex) was clean. Several details reminded me of what one finds in European cafés, except the food here was better. Dr. Scott says: check it out with confidence.

There food is good comfort food. Try their Gyros and they are famous for their sweet potatoe fries and waffles. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Family owned business and all the locals love it here, from rich to poor. Their service is great and the wait staff know they are there for you as the customer. Families go during... More

Looking for a great meal, and fab service? This is it. My wife and I were on the run and popped into this quaint diner. The menu had many great offerings. The service was friendly, not rushed, and very accommodating. We got the greek salad to share along with each of us ordering our own sandwiches. The salad was to... More

Narrow diner with a counter on one side and booths on the other. I went to this place by myself for dinner. Good-sized salads, try the one with bleu cheese. Very tasty Italian food, eggplant Parmesan sandwich was delectable. Professional service with a smile. This place cares.

Ordered the hamburger club - needed a quick lunch. Service was quick and the price was just under $12 for my meal and beverage (soda). Great place for a quick lunch.

On the last day of our weekend getaway, my companion and I had breakfast at Putnam Restaurant just before hitting the shops one last time. It is your typical diner, booth seating, nice waitstaff, normal diner menu. I had scrambled eggs and bacon, my companion had an omlet with peppers and ham. Both were good. The coffee was ok. All... Our family loves the cajun chicken at Putnam and I like the egg white omelet. Coffee is always good and Juan is always friendly.

My husband and I were in Greenwich for two hours and decided to have dinner. Neither of us wanted an elaborate meal because we had a 2-hr drive ahead of us. I had the gyro and my husband had the Reuben. The gyro was served on a very fresh tender pita, folder around the filling. I requested additional tzatziki, which... More

I eat regularly at the Putnam Restaurant on Greenwich Avenue , a Greek diner with a family atmosphere. Owner and chef Nick creates daily specials like Carne Asada , meatballs, and Greek style lasagna. The service is excellent, especially John, who has been there 20 years. They have Wifi so I eat alone and read my IPad or go with... More

Being the only place serving complete meals in the afternoon was further met with the food being delicious.
