Nice space. Weird, disinterested and unaccommodating staff I attribute to youth and inexperience, I guess. The place could not be less hospitable. They all seem to have something better to do than seat easily. Given the Greenwich demographic, one would think the reception would equal.

Very pretty restaurant. We sat upstairs. Noise level was good. Food was good but portions were minuscule. Don't know if I would return.

Escarole salad, fried brussel sprouts, and halibut livonese are fabulous! Love the atmosphere upstairs with the concave brick ceiling. Wish they served up there every day as downstairs dining atmosphere is not as great. Bar area is cozy and fun.

We brought a large group for dinner and a lovely table in the back of the first floor was ready on time. Appetizers (meatballs, escarole salad, caesar salad, squash soup, tecolori w/ goat cheese fritters, cauliflower w/ lemon aioli) were served nicely, I was sad to see the carpaccio is no longer on the menu. The goat cheese fritters are... More

Morello's has the best Italian food in Greenwich hands down. The food is pricey but definitely worth it. The restaurant itself is an old bank - the designer was the one that did the Grand Central Station. You will recognize the same designs on the ceiling inside. They also do amazing events on their upper levels ranging up to 60.... More

This Italian restaurant has been around for some time and has numerous regulars. The interior and decor are excellent and the second floor is the better place to be for dinner since the noise level is lower than on the first floor. The menu is extensive and the wine list is very good. The food is good but not special... More

I ate here last week and didn't find it to be anything special. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. Service was okay. Place wasn't very busy for a Thursday night as opposed to some of the other restaurants in Greenwich which tend to be full - such as Terra, Mediterraneo, or Gabrielle's Steak House. For a... More

On our last day we were invited to Morello's and it was an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is that of a popular restaurant with lots going on but not too loud, just right. The service was very good and the food was tasteful. All in all the kind of place you would go back to again and again.

A lovely setting in a unique architectural design, coupled with a solid staff and interesting menu falls short as the food is inconsistent in presentation and preparation and often over-salted. Having eaten here 6 times, I admire the staff's enthusiasm and professionalism as well as the overall ambiance in this lovely, slightly cramped space. I want to enjoy the menu... More
