Try the little bombs...

Came here for the 2nd time in recent memory, and had another great dinner. The burrata was great as was the main course the bombolitos. Be sure to ask for some ricotta on the side of the pasta to take it to another level. Only drawback of the evening was the Caesar salad, which was severely... read more

We tried the Gluten Free Pizza. It was served unintentionally cold and the crust fell apart when handled. This was not an edible dish and should be removed from the menu.

Feeling like we needed a night out, even though it was just Tuesday, we went for it. Nice bread and oil to start along with the family-fave; calamari. All meals were served hot, tasted good. Waiter was professional. Wine was good. Desserts hit the spot. We will be back.

I've been going to Max Amore's in Glastonbury for more than 10 years. I have always found the service and the food excellent. On this most recent visit myself and a friend walked in on a Thursday at 9 pm. Realizing that the restaurant closes at 10 we asked if we were too late to have a light supper. The... More

Max Amore is a fine dining Italian restaurant. Visited for lunch this week with a group of four. Had a nice table at their outside dining area. Service was excellent. Everyone loved their meal. Here's the but...do they really need to charge $3.00 for any non alcoholic beverage whether it's soda, ice tea or coffee etc. Seems a bit excessive... More

A table for two in the bar area for appetizers and drinks. The service was friendly and helped us choose a variety of appetizers along with happy hour cocktails. The food was delicious including the calamari, meatball on a bun, pizza and the parmesan fries. We have been there several times and we will be going back.

17bucks bought the large size pizza, but it was more of a personal size pizza. :( The crust was one of those frozen ones anyone can buy at a warehouse store. You know, with the grill marks perfectly uniform? No air bubbles, no bite, no crisp, just chewy. Fresh herbs snipped with a few canned tomatoes crushed. ..were charred. ..in... More

Disappointment. Loud, noisey, could not have a conversation. The food was mediocre. We have been there before probably a year before. I enjoyed my meal, my husband did not. Therefore tje year wait. We did not stay for dessert or coffee and we have not entertained the thought of going back anytime doon. Expected so much more being a member... More
