If you love brick oven thin crust NY style pizza with the freshest ingredients and a huge portion go here. Be aware, their large pizza can easily feed four. Even their small can feed two. I always get either a small or medium for myself as I want leftovers as it reheats well. Obviously tastes better fresh, but worth the... More

Definitely nothing special about this place and I've heard the one is Fairfield is worse than the one in New Haven. People rave about their pizza. Obviously these people never left Connecticut for pizza. If you want the best, then go to Brooklyn or the Bronx. Even Manhattan and Queens has better pizza. All they have is pizza. No real... More

Frank Pepe's Pizza in Fairfield Connecticut is still an outstanding pizzeria, in the style of the original New Haven location. There is usually a wait in a small entry vestibule, ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. I would guess that wait can be longer at busy times of the day, and perhaps shorter at other times. I have always had... More

I was told about this old fashion pizzeria. We'll it was very good. Roasted chicken pizza was very good. Their clam pizza is also very good and they shuck their own fresh clams. I am sure Frank Pepe didn't make his pizza the same way but it was good. Tradition is not the same but that's progress, right.

Pepe's is a renown pizzeria, originating in New Haven back in the 1930's and now available at several other CT locations. Its brick oven offerings are world-class...but pricing has crept into the $20's for one of these large rustic pies. That, and the lines of customers awaiting a table on weekend evenings, make Pepe's a less frequent destination where alternatives... More

We can't drive from NYC to Boston without stopping at one of their location. The pizza is great and a large with 4 different topping is sure to please a family of 4 or 5.

You know I've tried loads of Pizza in North America - mainly in New York City - this place is pretty good - basic menu - I'm glad we tried it but its nothing really special. Best thing it has going for it is the price and the friendly serves we received... we traveled from Greenwich to get there so... More

OK I'll admit it I'm a huge Pepe's fan and have been for over 20 years. When Pepe's opened in Fairfield I considered that a great day in the foodie life of the town. We have more pizzeria's than you can possibly imagine. When another one opens it's a total face palm. I mean what are these people thinking? Anyway,... More

Ok pizza. Sally's in New Haven is better as are many local Fairfield pizza shops that really appreciate your business. Pepe's has a great name but I think it's the greater fool theory... Most people don't want to say it's just ok. I've talked to people who rave about it until you push back ... Then they usually say "actually... More
