Had been there for the 1st time and completely satisfied with the Quality, Atmosphere and Staffs. Everything is perfect. More n less it gives a feel of Sports Bar. Service is pretty good. There was no wait time when I had been there. All types of drinks available. Love to go there again :)

Been going to the Colony since the early 70's in Stamford. The pizza in Fairfield is identical as stamford. Hands down the best there is when it comes to thin crust. The Fairfield, location is larger than Stamford and set up as a sports bar with large screen tv's. Loud and fun atmosphere with nice servers

Had to wait close to 30 minutes to be seated but we fully expected a wait. We met another couple there and socialized for a bit and it didn't seem that long. This was about 6:00-6:30th on the Tues evening between Xmas and new years. Tons of families with clans of kids in tow. Very loud and busy in there.... More

I have been going to the Stamford Colony for over 35 years and love it. I had my birthday party at Two Roads Brewery so on our way back down we thought we would try their Fairfield location. We had 8 people so we knew we would have to wait and that's fine. Gave our name and they said it... More

Colony Grill is a very trendy pizza only restaurant in downtown Fairfield. They serve individual size pizzas only with a handful of flavor offerings. The restaurant is rather noisy, always crowded and appeals to the local high school and university crowd as well as families with small children. There is a bar that draws the 20's-30's set so almost everyone... More

I am a pizza lover. I brought my parents with me because I thought they'd love it. My dad loves his hot oil pizza, but my mom thought (like stated before) that it tasted like frozen pizza. All in all I have never had a bad experience but I suppose this place isn't for everyone. PS THEY ONLY SELL PIZZA.

I had the opportunity to eat at the Colony Grill in Stamford years ago and was impressed. Years later, I met up with some friends at the Fairfield location. Still amazing food. Love this pizza. Love the concept-individual sized. Good atmosphere, Great location, in the heart of downtown Fairfield.

Only having eaten at the Fairfield shop I kick myself for never going to Stamford all those years before they came to town. It's def the best thin crust I have had. Small personal pizzas and only pizza makes this place super special. Hot Oil pie is a must and add stingers if you can hack it. So good. Also... More

Colony Grill serves some of the best pizza in FF county - it's almost addictive, and even though I usually swear I'll only eat half the pie, I am always tempted, and sometimes do, eat the whole thing. On top of that, the service is great here - warm, friendly, fast. Could not really expect or ask for more...except, I... More
