the food is solid...the fish is good and fresh and the brussel sprout, truffle salad is great...i get it everytime i am there...in the summer/spring, the outdoor dining is really nice. not the best value but we find ourselves going back there quite a bit...it is a good place to dine....also can get lively as they have live music there... Our waiter was one of the most unprofessional servers I have ever encountered. We had a group of 6 and a few people couldn't decide whether they wanted wine or not and would deliberating back and forth while the waiter was taking the drink order, finally, one of our party asked for a wine menu and the waiter was disgusted... We visited this restaurant last May and it was definitely a negative experience!! We had to try this restaurant again per the recommendations of some friends and I am so glad we listened to them. It was quite obvious the owners made some changes and our dining experience was fabulous. The waiters were attentive, informative and most important they seem... More

Let me start off by saying that despite giving 55 only a three star rating, I really do love going to this restaurant. The ambience is great - tasteful decor, warm lighting, fun and comfortable bar/ lounge. The staff could not be friendlier or more pleasant - service with a smile and then some. Their varied menu, good food and... More

I had heard about 55 Degrees since it opened, and so was eager to try it on a recent Friday night with some members of my family. The service was basically non-existent: the only person who noticed or cared we were there was the man who filled our water glasses a few times. When we finally tracked our waiter down... More

Very nice and inviting restaurant especially for a couples night out. The Veal Milanese is our favorite but beware to pay $25-35 for the entrees and the usual $6-9 for drinks. The service is usually good. We go here every once in a while but its a bit too expensive to make the bi-weekly rotation

Been here 3 times. Good location for FTC. Food was great last time. This time Caesar salad insufficient dressing, veal Marsala (forgot the Marsala ?) Cavatelli lamb tasty though. Worst thing though was service. Nice and pleasant staff. But S L O W. HOPE it was an off night.

we go every 6 months and the last two times it was mediocre so we decided that the next time would determine whether we continued to try it or not. Went last week and the entrees all came out looking great and we were looking forward to sampling them. The problem ? Upon tasting the meals, all of the entrees... More

Went out with another couple for dinner and stayed for the live music. The food was really good and had no complaints. Drinks were on the pricey side but it is ffld county. Overall it was a great night and I would dine here again.
