Outback Experience

It was fairly crowded but did not take us long to be seated. Our waitress arrived promptly and by then we realized it was too cold where we were seated. She courteously found an empty table for us. This table was not as drafty. Menu questions were answered and our orders taken. Unfortunately... read more

My wife and I arrived around 4 pm for a early dinner. Outback states they are open for lunch through dinner but there is an issue with this reestablishment, they don't have a wait staff to handle their customers. We were served by the bartender who took our drink order, went behind the bar and prepared the drinks, served the... More

ate with a co-worker tonight. had a coupon for 10% off for 2 entrees. I had the holiday 4 course meal and added a oil can (25oz) of Fosters. The sirloin was cooked as asked and clam chowder was great along with the Caesar salad. co-worker had Alice Springs chicken with extra mushrooms, all was good. finished with raspberry cheesecake... It was a grey, raw, dreary day. I was yearning for a great crock of French onion soup w/warm bread. They offer an all you can eat onion soup & Ceasar salad for lunch. The salad was so fresh that we had seconds and the soup loaded with melted cheese was one of the best ever. All that for $7.98 a... More

Went for the steak and shrimp special. Took a long time to get seconds on the shrimp. Fried shrimp way over cooked in old oil. Seak was good. Bread product is second-rate. Skimpy on the butter spread. Had to ask for more bleu cheese dressing that was served in eye-cup sized ramekins. They are earlly cheapening the experience by parsing... More

A one and done. We and about 12 others were told we had to wait for a table even though half the restaurant was empty. When I inquired as to why we weren't being seated I was told it had to do with company policy! Apparently, they were under staffed due to some company formula regarding staffing. Even when I... There on a weeknight. I will give the staff credit, they sat our large party quickly and the wait staff did a fine job. The atmosphere was dark. It tends to make me think they don't clean much. There were one or two vegetarian options. I ordered a sesame salad w/o meat. It was basically iceberg lettuce with four thin... More

We were the only people in the restaurant at 12:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We thought it would be a quick in and out but that certainly was not the case. Our waitress decided someone she knew was more important than delivering our food hot. Seems really silly to say "be careful the plate is hot" when it was not... More

The bar is inviting and a fun experience after work. The special meals when lobster or shrimp is combined with a small steak can be a value meals. Ask for your steak to be prepared without seasonings.

We visited for a mid afternoon lunch and nearly had the place to ourselves! My companion had the New Zealand lamb which was excellent! I had the 5 oz. sirloin with grilled mixed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes and I was very happy - a very filling lunch. We had plenty of attention for service as you can imagine and... More
