Nice lunch Good Food

I stopped by for lunch with my son. I like the tuna melt. It was so big I had to take 1/2 home with me. He had the honey spiced chicken fingers served with celery & blue cheese dressing. He enjoyed them. Again a very large portion. Very attentive waitress. We were seated in the bar area... read more

Just happened to be in the area, looking for a place to eat. The parking lot was packed at 1:30 so they thought it would be a good place. So glad we did. We got seated right away. The place was cute and clean. We sat outside. The waiter was prompt and very friendly. We ordered the Mac & cheese,... More

The food was ok, but the place was a bit tatty, serving staff had food stains on their clothes, and they had just opened... So not impressed....

Stopped for lunch. Was impressed by there large beer menu, several from CT. We had 3 different beers, but the price charged did not match there menu. Some more, some less??? Average price for beer in the area most 5.75-7.00- some 12 oz and most 16oz pours. By DW had a burger which she said was cooked and served as... More

Arrived in the area the night before a business meeting and we were looking for a nearby spot for dinner. Yes there are 45 beers on tap ( fresh and delicious according to my colleague) but the chairs were sticky and the wine glass was dirty. Salad was quite good, fries soggy, meat over cooked. Nothing to write home about.... More

I was simply blown away by the food! My whole family loves coming here. Everything is homemade. The mozzarella sticks are to die for! All made from scratch. My husband is very fussy about his wings and he has declared "we now have a new place for wings". Even the dressings for the salads are homemade. I can't say enough... More

Parking seems to be ample, although usually crowded. Four of us went on Saturday, Valentines night, not knowing that a popular band was to play later. The hostess said that our wait would be 25 minutes, to which we went to the bar to order drinks. The bartender was speedy and within 10 minutes our table was ready. The atmosphere... More

Just like most of the places in Enfield, CT it's incredibly average. The food is a step up from a chain but certainly not the best. The drinks are rather pricey but they have a better selection than other places around. I do like when they are decorated for Halloween.

We were visiting on business and stopped for lunch at the Tavern on the suggestion of a local employee. It was a cute place, when we were there they were all decked out for Halloween. We were seated quickly, and our server was very nice. It wasn't crowded but our server seemed to be very rushed, running around a lot,... More

Whether watching a game, hanging with coworkers or friends, or attending one of the pub's fun event nights, there's no arguing why people would go to drink. They have a great selection of beers, both import and domestic, micro and craft brews very heavily represented. Their cocktail list is solid. I'm partial to the amaretto bomb. Where Yarde House exceeds... More
