Henry's is a very unassuming locals restaurant. In a relatively old building on Rt 5 in East Windsor, this Italian restaurant has a simple menu of standard Italian staples at moderate prices. Most people were ordering entrees but there were many choices including pasta, pizza, grinders, calzones and a few sides. We ordered a small Artipeggio pizza which was more... More

Route 5 in North Central Connecticut is lined with strip malls, used car lots, trailer parks and Dunkin Donuts. It is not one of America’s great scenic highways. But it is home to an unpretentious, deservedly well-regarded Italian restaurant called Henry’s Pizzeria. Henry’s opened its doors in 1957, and there’s still an Eisenhower-era feel to it: plain green-patterned wallpaper and... More

From reading these reviews I guess I expected the pizza to blow me away. The sauce was really wonderful and I want to go back to try the pasta, which I think I will probably love more than the pizza. The crust just didn't do it for me. I thought it was too dry. But the sauce, just delicious.

Like many other reviewers, I have eaten here for many, many years. I have only had their pizza which is absolutely delicious. The hamburg topping is my favorite as it is small ground up pieces served like no one else. That combined with the tasty sauce and buttery thin crust makes it a winner every time. The dining room is... More

I have been going to Henry's since the 1960s. Until my Dad died in the Fall of 2012 at the age of 81, this was his favorite place to eat. We have consistently enjoyed the Family style spaghetti meal with salad and rolls for 50 years. Dad was always very particular about food and loved that Henry's staff would accommodate... More

I've been eating at Henry's since I was 3. I can't get past the pasta; it's the best ever! Their sauce is so rich and tasty. Wear jeans, wear a dress, it's all good!

I grew up there! I went every Sunday with my dad. They knew just the right way to do my salad (i was a bit picky) now I bring my boys there. They love it just as much as I do

I have been going to Henry's since I was a child I am now 52 and still love our monthly, sometimes bi-weekly trips, it is never disappointing! They have the best home-made sauce around!~My only fear is that the Brothers will retire and no-on will take over the family recipe....
