Roma's Restaurant, found in East Hartford, has the most delicious and well-prepared dishes! The food portions are good-sized, salads fresh, pastas homemade, sauces homemade and are so popular the sauces are sold in many supermarket chains in the region, together with their amazing olive oil. Pizzas are to die for and this restaurant enjoys a good sized take-out clientele as... More

The food was delicious, and the portions were enormous! My husband asked our server if everyone gets take-out, and she chuckled and said, "Yes." We had enough for dinner the next night too. Even though you have to pay extra for the garlic bread, spend the money. You won't be sorry. We got the cheese version, and it was great... More

I like the pizza, especially three cheeses. Tasty meatball and mushroom pizza . Lasagna is nice. Tables close and visible , so not the place for intimate dater. Waitresses friendly and attentive . Busy Saturday evenings , call for reservation.

Wow- omg- so good. The sauce- best Italian food I have had. I'm not a big fan of pasta or italian dishes typically. I went last night on visit to Hartford. Food exceptional. Not a fancy place. Great prices. Waitress was plesant and did a great job. I had linguini with clams, mussles and shrimp. Better than any meal in... More

Small place with pizza take out built in, also some product, like sauce, to take home. The food is delicious. It is not a fancy place - it is pretty basic as far as decor and atmosphere. Just don't go expecting something formal or refined, but do go because the food is authentic Italian the way your grandmother would do... More

the food is great. I have been a customer for years and i have never had a bad experience. Their sauce is REAL. Their pizza crust is baked to perfection with just enough toppings and cheese. My favorite all time meal is Carbonara it is extremely tasty and so filling. The only complaint is you must un- botton your jeans... More

It's time to part ways with Roma! For starters, we waited almost two hours for our takeout order this evening. When our order FINALLY arrived we received no apologies and unfortunately we didn't check our order until the driver left. When we opened the bags we found our food sideways, grease everywhere and ice cold. When we contacted the restaurant... More
