Went there March 29 2014, once the server (if that is what you want to call her) brought the burnt pizza $23.00 she disappeared and I had to beg for the check. Never again.

Great pizza - my favorite is what they call the "Poor Man's Pie" - tomato sauce, garlic and a little parmesan cheese. Good size portions.

In the woods, off the beaten path, you will find a restaurant serving some of the best pizza you will ever find. They do not skimp on ingredients. If you order a pizza with shrimp, scallops and lobster, you will find portions better than seafood restaurants serving those dishes. The place is definitely not fancy, but its exterior belies great... More

We went to Roseland after being told about it. We ordered their plain thin crust pizza with some garlic on it. It was very good. They do have pricey specialty pizzas, but stick with the basic and you will be satisfied.

The pizza here is great but extremely expensive. The older woman behind the counter is the worst person I've encountered in the food industry. All the staff is very cocky and act like they don't care if you return. My wife asked our server if she could have a different cheese on the salad pizza and the server said only... More

It's OK, not great. It's rated 3rd behind Sally's & Pepe's. I found the pizza slightly on the salty side. If u like thin & crisp crust, u'll enjoy their pizza. I prefer Sally's & Pepe's in that order. (for real thin & crunchy crust, try Colony Grill).

Amazing food, amazing pizza, a little pricey but well worth it. My favorite is the shrimp parmigiana. My husband and I could split it and still have some left over for him for lunch. You get lots of shrimp and its over linguine, absolutely delicious.

Had not enjoyed dinner at Roseland Apizza for almost 10 years; finally made it back. The meal was excellent! The home made bread prepares you for what is coming - however leave room for excellent antipasto!. Their seafood dishes are top-quality; the shellfish could not be fresher. Scallops/Shrimp combo remains my favorite. Portion sizes remain humongous - everyone leaves with... More

Shared their lobster, shrimp, and scallop pizza with 7 people . It was loaded with lobster, shrimp, and scallops. It was filling and the taste was outrageous !! Well worth the cost . We finished up with a meat lovers and a potato pizza with plenty of leftovers . All pizza were fantastic and in the greater New Haven tradition of having the... More

Although I had heard of the legendary Roseland for many years, I had never dined there. Now that I have, I will forever be saving up my sheckes to go back again! Lured by the photo of their medium clam pizza loaded with a startling two pounds of fresh clams, posted on their Facebook page, we dined there recently. We... More
