Always something new

I have been there many times but always see something new and interesting, the decor is great. Menu is comprised of really good bar food dishes. Always busy, never disappoints. One tip the caesar dressing is not the creamy style.

I have not been in a while but when I last went the food was great, as well as the service. Will be going back again soon.

Great for family and friends. Salads, burgers are favorites. Funky interior in historic grand old house and rail car. Parts of the Danbury Fair can be seen in the main dining and bar. Worth a trip

Never disappoints! They have now added gluten free rolls from Mama Cheesebreads. Thank you for that!

It is always crowded and that may be a sign of its popularity. I have eaten here many times over the past 15 years and it is always a nice experience. The burgers and ribs are excellent. Most of the time I have unsweetened ice tea with my meal, and the staff has always refilled the glass, which is a... More

We took a wrong turn looking to get back on Rt. 84. Found this gem while turning around. Really fun place. It was Saturday about dinner time but only waited a few minutes for them to fit our party of two in. I had a cup of Cream of Chicken soup and trust me it was homemade. I then had... More

Went to Rosies with a party of 3. Ordered a burger, chicken kebobs and steak. All three meals were of excellent quality and the resturant provided good value for money. The theme is eclectic. While it initially seems to have a traditional rustic "bar" theme, they did a french insert to their menu. Service was professional and efficient, even though... More

Loved the chowder/salad combo. I was able to substitute a garden salad for the Caesar which was great. The Buck Burger was good. Service was fine.

Rosy's is a stop each month when I come to my office. This month was no exception. I sample a new item each time and have yet been disappointed. The fish chowder is great. The selection of beer is excellent.

My friends had a salmon dish. I can't say much about it. They were my guests, so I don't know if they really liked it, or just said so to be polite. My boeuf borguignon was disappointing. The whole plate was dark brown, greasy and seemed over-cooked. Not nice. I'll go again: my previous experience, a few years ago, was... More
