My wife and I decided to try Hanna's since we were taking a shopping trip to Danbury fair mall. Not hard to find but a little out of the way and parking was limited. Made even worse because of recent snows. We went in and there was no one there but quickly someone popped out of the kitchen and sat... More

I had the special which was a combination of chicken, beef, spices over rice. It was good and fairly tasty. My wife had the chicken Gyro platter. She did not enjoy it. The homosexual appetizer was great. You get plenty of good pita bread. The baklava desert was very tasty. Service was good. Atmosphere was pleasant. Overall a good dining... More

This is one of the few middle eastern restaurants in Danbury. The food is authentic and very good. The service is excellent. It is located just off I84 at exit 4 in a small strip mall. Not much parking in front but there are a few more spaces in the back. On one visit we had a very large group... More

New to Danbury and found this wonderful restaurant and store next door. Now go at least once each week. Excellent salads, hummus, everything!

We had the sampler and a daily special. The stuffed grape leaves were home made and far superior to the oily canned stuff most places serve. The food was generally good but undistinguished. The humus had plenty of tahini in it and there were plenty of nice thin pias to go with it. The decor is retro only because it... More

wonderful gyros & generous hummus falafel platter. Food is delicious, affordable, with good service. Decore is quiet enough for a date.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and I challenge anyone to find any middle eastern food anywhere that is better. I live in Geneva, Switzerland for half the year where the favourite restaurant of the Arabic nationals doesn't hold a candle to Hanna's. Their food is always fresh and homemade with the best ingredients. It is almost impossible... More

Hanna's has the best baba and hummos I have ever eaten anywhere in the world. I take carry out with me for the airplane when I travel. If John has made his lentil soup make sure to have some, it is wonderful.
