We have been here 5-6 times over the past 3 years. Always good, until last night. We have only had breakfast and lunch but dinner was horrible. Lemon Chicken was rubber. Lasagna made with the cheapest ingredients possible. Waitress was not interested in making sure we enjoyed our meal. So either stick with breakfast or don't waste you time and... More

Waiter was kind of weird and emotionless. Food was the typical greek diner food. My desert was from frozen pie. Had the corned beef sandwich. So so. Soda was good. French wasnt soggy. Burger was good. Coffee was bitter.

We have been coming here for the last 20 years as we loved the menu quality and service. The menu and specials always had something for each of us to enjoy and the value and quality was always there, until the last few times we visited. It seems like the owner and staff have given up. The decor needs a... More

Terrible customer service and not child friendly at all!! Arrived asking for a table for 6 with a high chair. The man walking us to a table grumbled and said things like "high chairs take up too much room". We weren't even greated in any sort of a nice manner by him or the waitstaff, just a "what do you... Parking lot was packed on a Sunday morning. Got inside and were immediately seated. Plenty of space for big crowds. Waitress was very efficient. Food came out hot and delicious. Everything delivered as ordered. We'd definitely stop again when in the area.

The food is good diner food. The portions are large and the service is fairly quick. The hot meals, the soups and the omelets are especially good. Pea soup, turkey dinner and turkey club are our favorite. The attitude of the hostess is a bit sour but once you are seated, the wait staff is very nice.

Hungry after a long trip from home, I decided on the Windmill. It was around 8pm on a Saturday and I was seated immediately. I simply ordered the New England Clam Chowder and the Pastitsio. The Chowder was exceptionally good and loaded with clam. The pastitsio was, well, very decent but it wasn't yia yias; my Greek mother in law... More

Family style diner. No outside seating. Food was fine. Wait staff attentive although had some confusion with menu. There are two different prices on menu for certain foods. Make sure you specify which one you want.

What comes to mind when you think of Windmills? Renewable energy? Shame on you. The Netherlands? Getting warmer! Mykonos? Bravo! Tired and hungry after a 6.5 hour avg 45 mph trip from home I opted for the Windmill. Diners are part of Americana. Lining US Highways coast to coast and dominating the northeast, diners usually don't disappoint. The Windmill is... More

We stopped for breakfast and loved the menu with lots of choices. Food was very good and the prices were quite decent. There is nothing spectacular about the place, but it has good solid food and nice decor. Servers were helpful and on the spot. Glad to have such a nice clean place to stop along the road.
