Welcome to Danbury!

Came here for brunch and was hooked! My husband, 1 year old daughter and I love Mezon! The staff is welcoming and the servers are attentive without being annoying. The food is delicious and innovative. They have dessert specials weekly and even though each dessert is amazing, there are some that... read more

We've been to Tapas for several different meals; form lunch, brunch and dinner. The food is excellent and they are willing to try something different with fresh ingredients. The staff are professional and helpful. Brunch is my personal favorite.

This used to be a great tapas restaurant. Over the last year we've noticed the food quality and service slipping. Last night we went again and found the downward trend accelerating. Food is now just barely ok and service, while pleasant, was slow and unattentive. Food lacks the sophistication and authenticity of fine tapas. On a positive note, the caipirinhas... More

We were driving back to Boston from NYC and needed to stop for dinner. At first i thought this place was a catering only store front. It's very unassuming from the outside. The inside was a bit warmer and more in line with a tapas bar. The drinks were creative and amazing! the food/tapas was as well. Great little find... More

The food is very good, and in most cases excellent. It is hard to know what to choose, or how much to get on your first visit, as you don't know how big the tapas plates are. We ordered only one dish each to start, and then when we finished, picked another one. This proved to be an excellent idea... More

Had dinner here Saturday night with group of 5. This place is an oasis on a not so pretty main street in Danbury, surrounded by commercial establishments. The building itself is very pretty and they wisely made the entrance on the side rather then in front. The main parking lot is in the rear. So once you drive in, the... More

I booked a party of 25 at Mezon Tapas last week. We're all members of a local car club, enjoying a local winery tour and the spring weather. Although our exact time of arrival and numbers were varying up to the last hour or two, Mezon tried hard to be flexibile (it's always tough to keep things like this on... More

This place has a place in my heart, the food is outstanding. A Spanish mix that is not easy to find we had Dominican fried chicken that they marinate for 24 hr before cooking it you don't need sauce or anything it's just that good! The beef empanadas were sublime... I had the same kind years ago but couldn't find... More

I love this place! Always friendly and the tapas style is fantastic for meeting up with friends or co-workers. Nice wine list, too. Its a bit noisy when busy but has a cozy atmosphere & friendly staff.

The tapas beginning followed by the cerviche and then the paella. Would have been 5 stars but the cerviche wasw a little small.
