Great Vietnamese Food

We went their on a Thursday evening for dinner. It is not a big place, but it was full. We ordered Fried Rice and Chicken Red Curry. Both dishes were the best that we have ever tasted. They are a definition of how a restaurant can be small and ordinary looking but serve great food. Service was very... read more

It is a small restaurant with very simple and tasty traditional food from Vietnam. Everything is good specially the Cassava dessert. We go there often and we always had a good experience. It is not an expensive place, it is low key and enjoyable. I recommend it.

My lunch consisted of dumplings and beef pho soup. The dumplings were plump and flavorful. The soup lived up to what other reviewers have indicated. A nicely flavored broth, a large portion of rice noodles, and enough beef and greens to add flavor and a little crunch. The service was great, but the restaurant facility is a little tired.

Pho is one of those Danbury gems that you find out about one day and say "Really? I never knew about that place". Then you wonder when you may next come back. First, be warned, this place can be popular as in full, busy, sometimes a little loud, and you might find yourself deciding to come back another day should... More

We have been eating here for years and the food is always consistently good BUT it is now getting boring. OK guys it's time to add some things to the menu. The same food for all this time is really boring and lots of people agree with this statement. I can only go there once and a while because I've... More

As a Marine who did three tours in Viet Nam, I can say the food at Pho Vietnam is beaucoup good! It is a family-owned restaurant in the small side, with no reservations taken but it is worth the occasional 15 minute wait!

We discovered Pho Vietnam a few years ago, back when it was an unknown hole in the wall. Since then, it's become a well-known place and is frequently busy. Still, the food is spot on and never disappoints. The pho is amazing, the dumplings delicious and the bao is sinfully good. My favorite dish is the Sizzlin' Lemongrass Chicken. Even... More

We eat here regularly and find it always excellent. The ginger dumplings are worth the visit alone. No charge for corkage on BYOB helps too. The one negative is the amateurish service. Three of the last four times we have been here the servers bring out the main course within 2-3 minutes of the appetizer being brought out; and therefore... More

As always the food was great, company works hard to supply a unique dining experience. Always busy and never a disappointment.
