This was a wonderful neighborhood pizza restaurant and is now one of the best restaurant I've ever eaten in. The Northern Italian food is out of this world. The decor is very comfortable yet elegant. My husband is gluten free and Andres will always accommodate his needs by preparing a special dish. Reservations are needed for weekend dinners.

My friend and I went here today for lunch (me for the first time, my friend is a regular)& I was so impressed! We shared an appetizer that was out of this world.. Gnocchi in marinara & another fresh pasta w/ vodka sauce... The best I've ever tasted! The pasta was perfectly made .. Light & fluffy..Heaven. We both had... More

Another hole in the wall restaurant. The food and service is excellent. The owner has transformed an old pizza place into a lovely restaurant.

A small quaint restaurant hidden in the residential area of Danbury is Connecticuts best kept secret. The food is exceptional... to me the homemade pastas are the best... Raviolli stuffed with wild mushroom and buffalo mozzarella.... exceptional.... Gnocchi light and fluffy.... Broccoli rabe raviolli... wow! I can go on and on.... Go visit this little hole in the wall.... It's... More

Situated between Danbury and New Fairfield, Pappadella's position between a Citgo filling station and a 7-Eleven on the opposite side of the road, may not sound as exotic as, perhaps, somewhere overlooking the Hudson, or Long Island Sound. But if you pass by this Italian restaurant without stopping, you are missing a really excellent culinary experience. This part of the... More

The penne ala vodka is amazing!! Andres is a wonderful chef!! He makes this dish above average! Not only is the food delicious, the waiters are fantastic too! Danilio is charming, entertaining and will bring anything you desire. We have gone many times and enjoy our dining experience every time! Andres tries to come out at the end of the... More

I've eaten at this restaurant plenty of times and I usually have a good time with my family. The food isn't anything spectacular or super memorable, but it's still a pretty cute place. While the food may be good, the decor in the restaurant is severely lacking. I feel the area is almost dirty and cramped. I don't know if... More

I couldn't find anything to dislike. We had a great dinner, from beginning to end. Our server was in top form. The chef was turning out great flavors, tasty and interesting variations from the expected.

In town on business, picked it sight unseen based on fellow contributors' reviews. All in all, we thought it about average, perhaps slightly above, but not deserving of the raves given by others. Caesar was somewhat nondescript, chicken special was good but nothing exceptional, my colleague's pasta dish was very good, tiramisu was tasty but again nothing extraordinary, and the... More
