Love this place. Food is always excellent, as well as the service. Pricing is fair and the atmosphere is pleasantly casual. Good place to go when you want dependently good food.

My husband were told about "Spasi" by the motel where we were staying in Danbury. We were not disappointed, the food was great! The restaurant is rather dark, but you get used to it, and the atmosphere makes for great eating enjoyment. The shrimp and scallops in our dinners were very tasty and full of flavor. The balsamic vinegar dressing... More

Spasi is a local favorite. The food is always good as is the service. the bruschetta is one of our favorites. They are a little on the pricier side but we've never had a bad meal there so it's worth it. The bar section is quite nice but if you're looking for a nice Friday/Saturday dinner out this is a... Spasi is a favorite of ours for lunch. We stay with standards like Lobster Ravioli, veal marsala, and sesame crusted tuna. They do a very good job with these items. The service is always professional and upbeat. We have done a few group functions which have been very well handled. prices are very reasonable.

Visited Spasi for dinner with a friend. We sat in the main dining room, which is very nicely appointed. We were seated promptly and drink orders taken immediately, which was nice because I really dislike being seated and then waiting to be noticed on order to get a glass of wine and some water. The menu has many traditional Italian... More

Used to go here a lot, like twice a week. The pizza is still good , but I have ordered the fish twice and gotten sick both times. I ordered an appetizer that was described as tuna tartar on raw oysters. It was stacks of slimy tuna drenched in brown sweet sauce and inedible. The dinner does come with a... More

We stopped at Spasi after a long day of driving. Despite being strangers, who would likely never dine there again, we were treated like regulars. The staff was very friendly, even jovial. The food was quite good. When we discovered that we had left a personal possession under our table, they went out of their way to find it--and then... More

Wow. I want to like Spasi more, really I do. But every time I try it, I wind up hating it more than the last time. I tried to duck in for lunch two months back, because the pizza is actually pretty good, however, I sat at the bar, watching the lunch time bartenders swap shifts while avoiding any eye... More

We had a gift card to Spasi's we decided to use. Not knowing what to expect we were pleased with being seated indoors. Everyone enjoyed their dinners and the staff was excellent.
