Good value - a ton of food

The amount of food you receive here can be overwhelming. Nearly everyone walks out with excess to bring home - some walk out with multiple containers. We found the food to be good and the prices reasonable - especially when you consider the "price per pound". Eggplant parmesan was excellent.

Seriously mad at myself for not reading the reviews before eating here. We thought the prices were very high for a lunch menu but since we are near the beach in a kind of resort area I just shrugged. We ordered 2 soups (clam chowder and French onion) and the chicken Alfredo for our 18 yo son. The chicken meal... More

If you've never been here, you are in for a very pleasant surprise!!! They start you with hot Italian bread and a huge family style bowl of pasta. Then, you get a fresh salad - my favorite dressing is the Creamy Garlic!!! Yummy! I always buy some to take home!!!! Then, after you're already stuffed to the max, out comes... More

After a very long day of work I remember as a kid going there with my family I am very upset with the attitude the waitress had and even the owner rushed our food out we couldn't even sit. Just because we came on a motorcycle .. There are a lot of people who ride who are Doctors and Lawyers... More

If you are more into feeding than dining, and shoveling in mounds and mounds of food despite the flavor is what you desire, then this place may be something that you would like.

Another good visit to the Log Cabin. Love their sauce very fresh and tasty. Had a martini .... Very nice. Had a lovely meal as usual with plenty to take home for another night!

If you're looking for a great, local restaurant to dine at, the Log Cabin is your place. I'd recommend the Chicken Parm or the Chicken Jennifer, but they always have special available. The calamari is spot on! Each meal includes pasta, salad, and bread. We always leave with full stomachs, and plenty of leftovers. The value is great, and I'd... More

My wife and I visited the log cabin recently with some friends, after touring the Thimble Island brewery. My friend and I ordered the Seafood De Pesci with a Fra Diavlo sauce that was amazing. It was loaded with clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, and calamari and we both thought it was amazing. Our wives both ordered the lobster (and I... More

My twenty something daughter was feeling down so we decided to out to lunch and do some shopping before the next snow storm came that afternoon. Off we went with my other daughter and I told them I had been wanting to visit Log Cabin because I heard so much about it and I try to visit a different place... More

Iy's like a throwback to the 1950s. Enormous portions of bland food. Very uninteresting. Unless you want leftovers to eat for a week, find somewhere else to dine!
