Sunday Lunch

I was surprised that the menu was so limited with no lunch entree under $20, no sandwich offerings or salad entree. Despite that, the food was very good and the portions huge. To sum up, I would not be giving 4 stars if I hadn't left with tons of leftovers... It's a pricey lunch.

We come here on a regular basis, and love their menu! The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! It is a great place to go with family and friends. The pasta is delicious, along with any other meal you pick out from the menu. Would highly suggest this restaurant for a hearty Sunday dinner!

This is one of our favorite places to go. If you plan on going make sure you are hungry. They give huge bowls of free pasta and bread with entrees...I have never left here without taking leftovers home, nor have I ever seen anybody else walk out without taking food home. They have great food, the portions are huge and... More

The log cabin is truly a great eatery. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful. The sauce is mild and very tasty but not overly salty or overly seasoned. You get a big bowl of pasta for the table and the portions are big. Any left overs are boxed and wrapped over in cellophane to avoid spillage. I don't get... More

The first time I ate here was in the 80's. Been coming back ever since. It has been thru a few owners I suspect but never changed its menu and the portion sizes. The kids always like it when they were smaller, been to lunch and dinner. Food is always good, portions are huge, you never leave hungry and always... More

Huge portions, super delicious, and a stirred Manhattan,(shaken waters it down), filled to the top! I had a lobster special with scallops, and shrimp with broccoli instead of mushrooms. The hubster had pork ossabucco(sp?) and said it was the best he has ever had. Our bill was $70 and worth every penny. Will be back for sure!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our diner. We ordered the stuffed lobster tails and the surf n turf. We then proceeded to share our meals with each other. The service was great. We even met some locals who were such a delight! Oh and another surprise, our meals came with a huge bowl of penne pasta with spaghetti sauce.... More

The food is delicious. Portions are huge and most dinners come with large dish of pasta as side. Could split one meal with two people. That balances fact that prices are sizable also, but then not out of range for better restaurants in area. Taste is worth the visit.

I have never EVER written a review for a place to eat but after tonight.......I had the Maryland crab ravioli with a best tasting sauce that had mushrooms, shrimp and scallops that was absolutely amazing and I mean amazing. Of course the meal started with a salad that I ordered with their homemade creamy garlic dressing that was very tasty. Not... More

My son and his family were visiting from California and we wanted to take them to a good restaurant that wouldn't break the bank. The are know as Mr & Mrs Food where they live. Oso Bocco, Blue cheese steak, veal sorentino, and much more were ordered. Every dish was very good and plenty. Salad and a family style bowl... More
