Starving... Googled something off the highway. Food was great. Service was really slow. Took an hour for lunch. Three of us had something different. Clam chowder outstanding. Cheeseburger. Philly cheeses steak. Grilled cheese panini outstanding. Just need to bump service up.

The type of place where everyone really does know your name. .The bar is active and drinks are generously poured by friendly bartenders. Food is better than average...burgers are large and delicious. Prime rib on weekends is a real treat. A good place to stop after a long day of shopping at Clinton Crossings.

We stopped in at Chips Pub III on a late afternoon to have some drinks and nachos. We are on the quest for the perfect nachos, and have found noteworthy nacho plates in other restaurants, but this one takes the prize. We ordered the regular chili nachos, which were LOADED with sour cream, chili, guacamole, jalapenos, and real cheese, not... More

We've been going to Chips' on a regular basis for quite some time. We no longer live in CT but we always make sure to meet up with old friends at Chips' whenever we're in town. They have a decent selection of beer on tap, and also cocktails. Good pasta. The California burger is awesome! If you can, sit at... More

Chip's is our neighborhood restaurant. Whether I want a glass of wine and apps only or a prime rib, I know I can go there and it will be good. The service is fantastic

the only real downside of this place that we go to often... you enter in the bar area and it smells like spilled beer soaked into the wood - would be better if they had a second entrance for dining room. The french dip, wraps, and sandwiches are good, nice size for the price. They have root beer floats (which... More

Anytime we go to the outlets we stop into Chips to eat. The menu offers a variety of different foods. The nachos & potato skins are delicious. The complaint is not with the food but with the staff. They are AWFUL !!! You will wait forever for your server. The servers are usually huddled behind the waitress station talking. 15... More

Lively local bar and the restaurant is better than most local eateries. Nice feature is the complimentary popcorn. Good burgers. Great sweet potato fries. Open later than most places on the shoreline.
