Still a good place to eat

Use to be a considerably more reasonably priced place to eat but now it's pretty expensive. Hamburgers start at $12.50 and can go up to $15 or higher depending on additional toppings. The hamburgers come with a handful of potato chips. French fries used to be included but now their $1.90 extra. On... read more

Cool atmosphere. Extensive pub menu. Lots to choose from. Never dissapoints. They even had chargers for cell phones! If you like pub food, this is your place.

We look forward to our weekly dinner at Chips. I think it is having Jackie as our server and Troy as our bartender. We walk in and she doesn't have to tell Troy what we want to drink. Two Gimlets...gin..straight up. Perfect every time. Wings...extra sauce...not a problem. Happy with this place!

Could be such a cool place but there is a clear lack of management. Each visit proved deceiving: floors littered, obviously not familiar with brooms, loud kids allowed in bar area with nobody to tell them they do not own the bar and that some customers would like to hear themselves talk so as to have a semi decent conversation...... I've been going to this restaurant since it's been opened, and I think the only reason it survives is because it's one of the only sit-down restaurants in the town. The food is overpriced and always just...OK to bad. It's pub food, but it's never put together right. Sandwiches and salads lack fillings, food overall lacks flavor (besides grease), and... More

We have been enjoying Chips Pub on Sunday's. The food is great. Our favorite appetizer is Buffalo Shrimp and Buffalo Chicken. Their burgers are amazing and the cobb salad is excellent. The bartender on Sundays is right on! Excellent Gimlets.

We use to go to Chips Pub II over in Guilford, CT years ago which was a lot of fun. Chips III is just as good. It's been there for so long now it's a must go to when we're in town. Great selection of beers and good pub/comfort food to choose from. Come for a night out with friends... More

This is a place my wife and I eat at every week. The owner runs a great business and it has thrived in town for many years as a result. The atmosphere is great, the food and service are consistently good.

Starving... Googled something off the highway. Food was great. Service was really slow. Took an hour for lunch. Three of us had something different. Clam chowder outstanding. Cheeseburger. Philly cheeses steak. Grilled cheese panini outstanding. Just need to bump service up.

The type of place where everyone really does know your name. .The bar is active and drinks are generously poured by friendly bartenders. Food is better than average...burgers are large and delicious. Prime rib on weekends is a real treat. A good place to stop after a long day of shopping at Clinton Crossings.
