Good eats!

Diner type place. Food is exceptionally good. All homemade. Homemade desserts too. Owner usually greats you at the door. Worth a visit!

Applewood has a menu like a typical diner, very adventuresome and extensive. Good coffee and they keep it coming. All the breakfast fare is just great as one would expect. It is a great place after church and for the most part, one can get a table more easily here than at other breakfast restaurants.

Great food at a better-than-affordable price. Best part of this experience was my waitress, Kathy. She is a fabulous professional who cared for me like a great waitress should. Ask for her!

Applewood has been around for decades, It is comfort food home style. The lunch specials are very well priced with ample portions. The food ranges from good to very good, with an occasional yummy surprise. For about $8 you can get an entrée with soup ( upcharge for salad) and dessert. They have a large menu an frankly I have... Have been going here for years. The menu is same as diner, too many choices sometimes. Salads always fresh, veal parm and turkey club, my favorites. Don't forget rice pudding. Good for family dinning.

Drab and dreary describes the atmosphere and the food. Stopped in for breakfast because the were supporting the Little League tournament. Not a good decision. The waitress was unengaged and unfriendly, until she gave us the check. She twice said she would bring water for tea, but never did. And the restaurant was not busy. I ordered an omelet, but... How do you screw up scrambled eggs? Rubbery & tasteless. It's always been bad and I've given up trying anything there anymore.

Terrible I think people that go there have lost their taste buds and common sense. Mostly over 60 customers
