Ski Club Dinner

Winter Park Ski Trip: Our ski club of nearly 40 people enjoyed a great BBQ dinner with three different meats and three sides, plus dessert and a drink ticket. The manager worked to accommodate our group beautifully and the price was reasonable--$33.77 per person, which included tax and gratuity. I... read more

This was a great BBQ restaurant. They had some very tasty ribs and different sides like macaroni and potatoe salad. But he careful girls when you order. Ask how big the servings are because I ended up ordering a ceasar salad as an app and ribs with 2 sides and I couldn't finish either of them.

I had the brisket sandwich. Very tasty and they pile on the meat. A little more than I like to pay for a sandwich but enough meat for two people. My daughter and I split the sandwich.

My spouse and I ate here on a Saturday night because the Smokehouse down the street was too busy and we didn't want to wait. We were seated right away at Smokin Moes. The service was prompt and professional. Portions were quite large and filling. Options included a regular BBQ sauce and a spicey BBQ sauce however neither one wowed... More

I'm only giving Smokin Moes 4 stars simply because it's too expensive! Granted, the portions are generous, but an entree of brisket should not cost $18! That includes two sides, which I chose slaw that was not my favorite and potato salad, which was very good. My son ordered pulled pork at $15 and he chose greens and bbq beans... More

This restaurant had been a mainstay in itslocation in Cooper Creek Square since the Stampede night club went out of business. This is a no frills place but don't be fooled that the food is not outstanding. The portions are large and all of the items on the menu ar Great! It is in the heart of Winterpark and convenient... Unfortunately (for the restaurant), there was absolutely no one in the restaurant at 730PM. There were maybe 2 other guys. I chose this spot because I'd not been around the restaurants in the Cooper Creek complex, and BBQ suited my appetite. I walked up to the bar, sat down, and was promptly greet by a gent who (later I learned)... More

We go to Smokin' Moe's regularly. My favorites are the ribs and pulled pork. The brisket is sliced which is not my favorite, I like it shredded. Their sauce is very good too. The meat is not smothered in BBQ sauce, so you can use the amount you like. Large portions, good prices. Great service, rarely a wait to be... More

Not just a BBQ place, they have burgers, salads, soups and sandwiches. The Elk burger was good, a little on the game side even for elk but still good. Pulled pork, ribs, and wings all very good. Portions are huge, you will have leftovers. Would like to see a better beer selection, but I am pretty sure fat tire owns... More
