No frills restaurant. Service was a little slow due to the size of our party, but the food was fine. I had beef enchilada. The portion size was plenty and the meal was very tasty.others in the group had burritos and tacos. No complaints from any one.

Carlos and Marias used to be our favorite restaurant in Winter Park. It has gone steadily downhill for the last 3 or 4 years. The service is terrible, the food tastes like it's been frozen. The bathrooms are dirty and hard to find. The price of the food is way too expensive, it would have been OK at half the... More

It was a little pricey but service was good and the food was tasty! I had the spinach and feta enchiladas, recommended by the very friendly bartender, and enjoyed them very much--especially after a good powder day. Hit up happy hour for 4 dollar margs!

Went in after a day of skiing, caught the end of happy hour for a pitcher of margaritas, which were a little on the weak side but tasty. Had some guac and queso, which were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their entrees: fajita burrito, chicken fajitas, fish tacos .... Owner was doing the serving and made sure we were well taken care... More

We were there after a long day skiing. The mexican food here is pretty bad. The beans were inedible. None of us liked our meals. Cannot understand why its listed here with such high reviews. Do not go.

Place and service was fine but four of us went in for dinner and a drink. We ordered a pitcher of margaritas. They were so weak we ordered tequila shots to make them something more than lemonade. The food was pretty standard. Bill was over $150. A real disappointment.

This is the second time my family and I have eaten here and the food is always good. Paying for chips and salsa, however, does not sit well with me. But, wait staff is attentive and ambience is comfortable for families.

We had a good experience from walking in the door to walking out! We started with Margaritas (which it was happy hour, so they were only $4/pint!) They were perfectly balanced with the alcohol and lime mix. After sipping on our margs we order some queso which was the best I've ever had! It was creamy with hints of spice... More

We stopped for dinner at Carlos & Maria's because of convenience of location. While waiting for our food, I got a little freaked out by reading all of the bad reviews on my phone. I have to say, the service was terrible. There was one guy waiting on all of the tables and tending bar, he did the best he... More
