Delicious homemade soups and sammies with plenty of GF options

Asked for a sausage sandwich and it came with eggs, potatoes and all sorts of other goodies - was lucky I liked it! Nice small restaurant serving good value, great tasting food.

Cute, small, restaurant at the ski resort area. Served up great unique, and offered several types of homemade soups daily. We had the tomato and the vegetable. The vegetable was the winner!

Quaint, cozy spot for delicious soups, sandwiches and brats. I was also so happy that they were friendly about gluten free options as well! My veggie sandwich rocked as did my soup! Wish I could have tried everything but I will be back!!

The soups are hearty and yummy. The brats are great, too. Customer service is quintessential Winter Park... laid back, kind, courteous, and customer centered!

Visiting WP to just look around and stopped in the Back Street Bowl to eat lunch. Had the Loaded Baked Potato Soup and it was very good. Did not see the board for the sandwiches till after I had ordered but would have liked to tried one of the sandwiches.

We loved this place so much last year we couldn't wait to go back this year. And It did not disappoint today. The posole soup was delicious and I will definitely have it tomorrow, if on the menu. My husband had the steak and cheese soup in a bread bowl. Which he loved. Ask for bread to eat with your... More

Nice place to get a good bowl of soup and warm up. Was a bit pricier then most places but it was expected. People were friendly.

Ironically none of us had soup, but the sandwiches and brats we got were all great. The staff was nice and the service was fast. The best thing about this place is that it is just enough off the beaten path to be less crowded than the restaurants right at base but still an easy walk in ski boots from... More

Homemade soup and sandwiches are hard to beat for a mountain lunch. Would be nice to have more indoor seating. Recommend the soup and sandwich combo.
