A GREAT Cup of Coffee and Breakfast is Good Too

Went for breakfast, service started out good with a young girl as our waitress. After going back inside because of the cold the owner took over. She was slightly sarcastic when we mentioned it being to cold to stay outside. While waiting for her to take our order we witnessed her scolding both the girl who had been our waitress... More

This place defines relaxed, local coffee shop. Don't be in a hurry, just come in, order a drink and a piece of fudge or gelato, and sit down and relax. Need wifi? They got it. Coffee, tea, wine, its all here.

Traveling to With her Park during the "mud season" resulted in us missing out on trying several businesses which were closed. The Winter Park area seemed like a ghost town and then we stumbled into this awesome place for breakfast. The owner was friendly, conversational and awesome. She gave recommendations and some of the store's background info - it was... More

I was looking for coffee and found the Mountain Grind Bistro. It has great coffee, but a lot more: soup, salads, sandwiches, fudge, gelato, etc. It also has a breakfast menu. After a coffee, I stayed and had a bowl of homemade minestrone soup. Hearty and fresh with meatballs, noodles and beans. It comes with a cornbread roll. Both were... More

My husband I stumbled about this cute coffee shop and bistro in Winterpark and were pleasantly surprised with the cozy interior, the delicious breakfast and lunch choices and the friendly conversation with the owner. The food is homemade and delicious. There are many gluten free options and creative choices. Good quality ingredients are used in the dishes. We will definitely... More

From the name, I expected a coffee shop with pastries and not a lot else. The opposite was the case - only carrot cake in the way of pastries but many other lunch/breakfast items. The menu is decidedly (what my children call) froufrou and not for the chicken tenders crowd. My daughter ordered a hot dog but there wasn't a... More

Nice selection of a dozen gelato flavors. Coffee is good, a little pricey on lattes, cappuccino, etc.
