Our service was so atrocious I don't even know where to begin. Honestly, our group of 6 thought we were on a candid camera show. I guess a good place to start is the fact we had a 7:30 reservation. Now I'm a reasonable guy and understand it's NYE and they're busy. No worries, we're an easy-going crew. But when... More
I met a friend at Luke's for lunch. The restaurant was not busy, but was told lunch on Monday is generally a slow time. My friend's Bloody Mary was just OK. She was given a taste of the Manhattan and said it was quite good. I ordered the prime rib French dip. It was quite good, served with a spiced... More
My wife and I took our grandson (20yoa) and granddaughter (14yoa) here for an impromptu Wednesday dinner. I had a 16oz Cowboy Steak (bone-in ribeye). The grandkids each had 12oz ribeyes and my wife, who had a late lunch, only had the French Soup. The salad was served family style with choice of blue cheese or Italian dressing. Wonderful warm... Nice clean restaurant tucked away in a little shopping area. Steaks were high quality and perfectly cooked. Accompaniments were also very good.
My husband and I dined one night here and were really disappointed. The ribeye was not a typical ribeye cut, it was thin and not very flavorful, more of a breakfast type steak. I had the Beef Bourginon which was too much sauce and small bits of meat. The restaurant is in a strip mall and does not feel like... More
We have been to most of the major steak houses in Denver (Palm, Sullivan's, Morton's, The Capital Grille, Elways, etc.). But, Luke's is our favorite. We have many memories of dining there with family and friends. Service is always the best. When I ask for my filet as rare as you can, this is the only restaurant that serves it... More
Had 12 oz. ribeye and it tasted great. Very nice bake potatoe. This would be a good place to take a date to impress someone.
We went here for Sunday brunch. They have a good variety and the food is all fresh. I had a breakfast burrito with "sausage". Turned out, the sausage was homemade and tasted like a cross between a breakfast sausage and a piece of steak. On top of that, the portion was very generous. Our service was superb. Luke's is one... We really enjoy Luke's. The steaks are perfect. Service fantastic. Friendliness above and beyond. Happy hour Wednesday thru Friday is always enjoyable. Chorizo sliders are excellent. One of our favorites. Looking forward to seeing the Bistro menu.
