If you like authentic, Italian cookies, run, don't walk, to this bakery. My cream puff was tender, chewy, and full of nutmeg - scented whipped cream. My husband's canoli was the best he's ever had. But our favs are the pignoli cookies: deceptively simple in appearance, they look like the kind of tinned cookies you'd find at a drug store.... More

I've passed this place several times when I'm on the west side of Denver, but today, I decided to stop! Their Mediterranean pizza is delicious as are their canolis and napoleons! I'll definitely stop again!

Dolce Sicllia is a small family Italian bakery. The wonderful baking bread smell when you walk can add pounds to your waistline. I usually grab a small pastry for the road, but mostly I buy the Ciabatta bread. It's always fresh and I always eat too much... it's that good. I have also tried the Cannolis and they're wonderful. Excellent Sicilian goodies to take out or eat there. Additionally, great sandwiches and light lunch.

This is by far my favorite Italian Bakery in Denver. Fantastic Tiramisu, Cannolis, Pignolis, Ciabatta, cookies, cakes and more. Also has a connected wine shop. A little hard to find- tucked in a corner of a tiny strip mall with several burial and cremation businesses. But then again, this is pastry to die for.

Always liked them but never understood the raves. But, I picked up four tonight for a dinner party we were having. Pistachio and chocolate. And, I have to say, I finally got cannolis. :) I will have to avoid this place because of possible pistachio cannoli overdose. While I was there I also got a loaf of ciabatta bread which... More

The owners are Italian, and they know ciabatta. Every time I'm in the area, I stop to get at least three loaves of ciabatta. I have even frozen it, and it is nearly as great as when I bring it home fresh. Bring on the olive oil, a little salt and pepper, and I'm in heaven.

Really - for all the Italian deli's in the area, this is pretty average in quality, but a bit steep in price.
