Good Salad Bar & Not Good Soups

If you are looking for a good salad then this is the place to go. You can make your own as many times as you want with a good variety of options. However, the soups and pasta offerings are not so good and I would not go for them. The soups were thin and not very hardy at all and... read more

Sweet Tomatoes is a must for me whenever I'm in Denver. It's essentially an all-you-can-eat, safe for the salad (which is a shame!). You start out by filling your plate at the well-stocked salad bar (you only get the one so make it worth it :D) then pay for food and drink. Once you're inside, everything is all-you-can-eat: pasta, soup,... More

I love their salad mixings. Always plenty. I have enjoyed several of their soup choices. Staff keep tables clean. Food is always tasty.

Selection in the salad bar is big, but nothing special. All ingredients are on the cheap end. Pasta is overdone and taste like a cardboard. Desserts are joke. Restaurant is dirty: food on the floor all over. We never will be back and will not recommend anyone.

An extensive salad bar restaurant, with plenty of other options for the veggie-averse. There are usually 3 kinds of pasta, fresh bread, baked potatoes with toppings, several soups, soft-serve ice cream... Everyone in your party should be able to get plenty to eat.

Strictly a salad place, all types and every imaginable salad you could think of, EXCEPT no potato salad. Variety of soups, however, I had the chicken noodle soup and most of the noodles were very under cooked and some were raw. Small cuts of various pizza were also on display but found the crusts extremely tough and brittle. Deserts included... More

We're not from the area, but we really like this chain and always seek it out when we're on vacation. It's solid and very predictable in a good way! We visited the first part of April, just as they were starting their Lemon Month selections. This location was very clean, their prepared salads were on point and the pastas were... More

Attractive surroundings- nice and bright. Great selection of salad lettuces and toppers, also several choices of mixed salads with couscous, ceasar salad etc. I had the corn potato chowder with bacon and it was exceptional.

Not to say we've never met a "Sweet Tomatoes" that we didn't appreciate, but that wouldn't be the truth. All vacations and any restaurant visit, for that matter, deserve a goto spot that you can depend on and enjoy. Sweet Tomatoes fills that bill for us. Good, fresh ingredients line the bar and soap/pasta/desert area and there's always something for... More

I used to eat at this restaurant a long time ago when I lived on the west coast. At this point it seemed like a standard salad portion of a buffet, without any of the other foods.
