Hello, this isn't a real Starbucks. I was in Vail with my family for 9 days and went to Starbucks everyday. First day, no carriers. It was hard to carry 4 drinks and 2 sandwiches back home with a broken arm. They said they'd have carriers the next day. For the remainder of our visit, no carriers were there. In... More

I had absolutely no idea that they had special off season hours and they were so sweet and didn't make me feel bad for making them stay open a few minutes late. Thanks ladies.

Are kids running this place? They needed some Espresso in their veins as they were moving like very slow robots!!! Extremely painful. This on parade day! Where's the preparedness? Where's the management?'

Let me start by saying this is not a company owned Starbucks!! The prices were inflated my drink was awful! The staff was very friendly but I was not happy with the coffee drinks that we ordered. The next closest Starbucks is at Safeway nearby, we had much better luck there. The Village has two Starbucks, the one in Lions... More

Next to Gore Creek, good place to meet at Covered Bridge in Vail, fast service, get something for the Gondola or just cruise the village

Just with a mountain view. I love it!! but be aware to have your jacket close to you. They can improve the expresso shot. but this is the Starbucks flavor... nothin it can do.

I really believe the Starbucks in Vail was a life saver. There wasn't a Starbucks in Snowmass but it seems like one is opening. There isn't a Starbucks on the ski hill in Santa Fe. Every ski resort needs a Starbucks. Vail always seems to lead the pack.

Good spot for a hot coffee on a cold, snowy day. As always, Starbucks is reliable. Good location, nice outdoor seating.

This is located in a Safeway. The coffee once you got was really good, but you had to jump through a ton of hoops. If you had a Starbucks gift card consider yourself lucky if you actually got to use it. The people did not seem happy to be at work, and you felt like you were a burden not... More
