This was recommended to us by Lindsayb the driver for Sage Outdoor Adventures. We were starving after our snowmobiling adventure and she dropped us right at the front door. All was delicious... 2 Rib Platters with "Moe" wings, 1/2 chicken with "Moe" ribs, and the Shrimp "Moe" Boy. We chose sides of creamed spinach, squash casserole, mac and cheese, red... More

This is not your traditional Vail eatery. It's affordable, laid back and down to earth. We went early for dinner so we got Happy Hour drinks and food. Everything was delicious. It gets crowded and it's small so come early.

Good smells, live music, and appealing menu with good prices pulled us in. Lots of menu choices including unique sides. Ordered the catfish special and pulled pork sandwich with sides of baked beans and sweet potato casserole. Very disappointed when we received our food.... Pulled pork was half fat and catfish filets the size of chicken nuggets. Sweet potato casserole... More

We stayed at Lion's Head and could walk to Moe's in about 2 minutes so the locatin was perfect. Easy, laid back place. Several locals were there while we were. Casual - just move the stools or pub tables over where you need them. I could see where it could be tough to get a table. We had ordered and... More

The food was excellent, especially the pulled pork and the baked beans. The portions were large and our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys, ate for $40. The price alone was a pleasant surprise! The only thing I'd recommend is to add some heaters outside. Inside seating is very limited and the outside benches were freezing!

True to it's roots in T-town offering good good and good service. Their cornbread is the best. consistent with the fare offered in their locations in Alabama. This place makes for a great alternative to the $20 burgers offered elsewhere in Vail.

Above average food at reasonable prices. Good value for the money. Local vibe. Be aware that the only thing for vegetarians is the mac & cheese. Even the collard greens have meat.

A recent trip to Vail brought my son and I to this hidden treasure filled with great staff, food and many locals. The food was fresh, served quickly and a great value. We ate at the bar with the crowd buzzing behind us. It just added to the atmosphere.

The food is great. A very full belly for ten bucks. Get your sandwich Bama style. They also have great drink specials. 2 tall boy pbrs lots of time. We've done the family pack plenty of times. Great little patio too. It can get crowded but if you want you can call in an order and take it home.

This is a good fast place for bar-b-q. The restaurant looks a little beat up especially compared to the upscale places all around but you get the feeling they like it that way.
