We stopped by after being on the mountain all morning. It’s located in Lionhead Village and appears to be where a lot of the locals hang out. It’s really laid back and not too big so if you are going for lunch, you should probably get there a little early before there is a line to order your food. There... More

We had the Pork ribs and they were delicious and the Mac and Cheese and Cole slaw were great too. Great casual fun place with outdoor Seating.

The place had a basic menu,no frills and is adequate to satisfy a BBQ craving up in the mountains.Small place with the most basic decor, but conveniently located on your way to the ski lifts and drop off buss station.

Best food in the Lionshead area and perhaps Vail, when you consider the price and quality of the food. Southern soul food is what these guys call it and everything on the menu is just increadiable.

Why is a southern based BBQ restaurant 'chain' tucked away in Vail (Lionshead actually) - I guess there are folks in Alabama that seem to like snowsports... the real question of course is how could they have such poor taste in college football teams and yet luck out on doing some decent BBQ - the pulled pork is good as... We loved it so much that we ate here twice in a weeks stay. Always fun to find out the daily specials. The rib sandwich was fantastic.

I go to Vail several times a year and must eat here at least 3 times while there, it is actually in Lionshead, all the way in the back. first trip must be pulled pork, mac and cheese (which normally I am not a big Mac and Cheese eater) then banana pudding. After that I start trying other stuff, it... More

This restaurant is tucked away in a quiet corner of the mall. The environment is casual and laid back and relaxed. The food is surprisingly delicious. We had the turkey and shrimp sandwiches. Both were surprisingly delicious. The sides we ordered were beans and banana pudding. They were also delicious. Listen for your name to be called out to get... More

Chicken and pork was very good. So was the potato salad and baked beans. Can't wait to find Moe's back in Alabama.

Couldn't get enough of Moe's on my visit to Vail! Consistently great BBQ and reasonably priced. In Vail, that's saying a lot!
