Wonderful Wedding Reception

With almost 100 guests, the people at the Game Creek Club in Vail provided a beautiful atmosphere for our daughter's wedding reception. Dining area was spacious, small but nice dance floor. Lovely place setting, friendly wait staff. Guests selected one of two entrees, veal chop or sea bass. First... read more

We recently had dinner at Game Creek Club and it was extremely disappointing. The meal was $70 a head for 3 courses. For this, you get a gondola trip up to the top of the mountain then a ride in an airport shuttle bus down to the restaurant. Patrons were wearing jeans and flip flops. Next, you get 3 courses... This is something that you must try: the brunch is outstanding, with omelettes, crab legs, and great pastries. Be aware, the price tag is expensive, but the view and the trip is worth it. It includes a ride to the top of Vail Mountain.

Dining at Game Creek is a unique experience in Vail. After riding the gondola to the top of the mountain with its stunning views, you descend into Game Creek Bowl to the restaurant which serves dinner Thursday through Saturday and a terrific Sunday brunch, truly one of the best in Vail. Rather that an enormous assortment of mediocre food, they... More

We thought what better way to end our trip to Vail then to eat at Game Creek Restaurant. Restaurant is up in the middle of the mountain. Our experience turned out to be a nightmare. We told our server that my adult son had food allergies. The waiter assured us that they take food allergies very seriously. He even came... More

We checked in at the gondola before venturing up the mountain. The staff at the bottom and the top of the gondola knew we had a 7:00 pm reservation so when we arrived we were confused to hear we had to wait until our exact reservation time. Arriving 13 minutes early seemed to disrupt their process. Silly because most of... More

My wife and I attended a corporate function as this restaurant. You take a Gondola to the top of Vail and then a snow cat to the restaurant. I had a steak fro dinner and was a really great meal. Overall just an amazing experience.

Fun trip to get to the location via bus, lift and snow cat, need to make sure you factor in the time to get there up and as well down the mountain. View as great especially in the evening with the sun setting. Food was good not over the top great, desert was excellent and I am not a desert... More

We enjoyed getting there by gondola and snowcat, but found the food was incredibly average and the staff mechanical like robots. The place lacked warmth and was unbelievably pretentious, as if the staff was dispensing rare gems, when in fact what we got was very forgettable.

We were there for a corporate party. The wait staff was attentive and on the ball! The food was impeccable - only matched by the view and the setting! Took the gondola up to a Snow Cat which took us the rest of the way. No one will just stumble upon this treasure! The bar staff was knowledgeable and QUICK!... More
