Fantastic experience for the family! Evening gondola up the mountain, then a ten minute snowcat to the restaurant. Phenonmenal service. Great 3-,4-, and 5-course tasting menus. We went to GC with a large group, including MANY kids between 4-18. EVERYONE loved it. They make it just as special for the little kids as they do the adults. You can't go wrong. From the snowcat ride up to the ambiance, it is simply perfect!

We went to a number of the "top" restaurants in Vail and this was the best meal. Others have written of the trip to/from the restaurant which is great, but the food was fantastic.

We had a little problem with our reservation - they had our email wrong so we didn't get a confirmation and then when we called back they had the name and number of people wrong and still had the name wrong when we arrived but we were glad to get the reservation.
